Bought this laptop for my wife after her HP of 5 years died. She liked the large keyboard area with the separate number pad. The light weight. Screen is crisp and clear, like the scroll feature on the pad. On the con side, where the power and volume buttons are located in a place where you grab it so you accidently turn it off or change volume.

Great laptop for the price. Good speed and memory. Great screen.

Bought this laptop on sale for my daughter for Christmas. Went off the recommendation of another shopper who was purchasing the very same one and he was very knowledgeable regarding technology. She loves the touch screen, the way it opens fully like a tablet, nice screen and picture, all around great laptop for the price. Would definitely recommend.

Has excellent battery life for the size. It's pretty fast also.

The keyboard on this laptop is the same color (silver) as the surrounding area. The letters, numbers, and symbols are VERY hard to see in low light. It's a good, fast, basic computer that suits me needs just fine.I was talked out of buying a laptop that had black keys. I wish I had listened to my inner thoughts instead of the BEST BUY sales person.

I bought this for my daughter for college. She uses it daily and drags it with her wherever she goes. It's been a great laptop.

Going from a Win8 laptop (with no touchscreen) to a Win10 laptop (with a touchscreen) takes a little bit adjustment. After about a week of playing with settings and figuring out where things have been moved to, I think I've finally adapted. It's nice to have a start menu again (even if it's a little different), and Cortana is an interesting addition. As for some of the speaker issues other people have mentioned... I haven't noticed them. I normally listen through headphones or external speakers and haven't noticed any issues with audio quality. The only real... critique I have is that the function keys aren't function keys as default. You have to use the FN key if you want to use F5 to refresh. I would have preferred if the volume, screen brightness, and other "shortcuts" were secondary on the keys instead of primary. Oh well, I suppose I'll get used to it. The keyboard is nice. The keys aren't too far apart. I make sure to physically put my hands on all computers I look at due to the feel of a keyboard. I have smaller hands and some of the larger keyboards, I have trouble reaching all of the keys comfortable. No such worries with this laptop, they're all very comfortable (though you may be cramped if you have extremely large hands).
