I love the lighted keyboard, speed & function keys.

I needed to replace a Dell XPS13 and made the leap to a larger laptop. I miss the smaller form factor of a 13", but really wanted the numeric keypad. Pluses for this laptop: + Screen is very sharp with good color rendition and good blacks + The keyboard has a nice tactile feel + Backlighting on the keyboard + HDD and RAM in plenty + Not a lot of bloatware loaded on the system Minuses are: - To use the functions you must also press the "fn" button as the function keys have other uses - If you're used to buttons on the bottom of the touchpad you may not like the "right button" as you need to press at the right corner to use it - Not all USB ports are 3.0, although I knew this when I bought it - As with all laptops the key placements have some quircks Overall I'm very satisfied with the system. The battery life seems to be good (with the screen brightness between 1/3 and 1/2). Audio is adequate, but who expects great sound out of built in speakers? I can't see myself using this as a tablet as it's so large, but it does work well in tablet mode as a photo album

Purchased computer after much review. Initially had a very good experience but within a few weeks my hard drive died. I went back to BestBuy and they provided a replacement. Choose the same model. Fingers crossed, so far so good. REALLY APPRECIATE BESTBUYS SERVICE. I rate the product a 4, but BestBuy's service 5.

So far this computer has been great. the speed is excellent for my needs. the only reason i didnt give all 5 stars is because the touchpad is a little difficult at times. ive tried adjusting the sensitivity, but it still gives me fits - so i just switch to touchscreen, lol. other than that - its been great the far.

The screen is larger but that's perfect for a student just using it at home and that loves watching Netflix! The screen picture quality is awesome! Love that you can use the keyboard or touchscreen and the kids love being able to flip it different ways depending on what they are using it for at that time

Love this laptop but it is too heavy. However for the work that I do and the software that I use it serves and meet all of my needs. The electronic device is up to date with all trending tech bytes Love the versatility of switching it to a tablet. The speed is fast and it accommodates my physician software.

I had to buy this laptop in a pinch when my old one crapped out on me a couple semesters ago. It turned out to be a major upgrade and I couldn’t be more happy! I love the touch screen for easy scrolling but also the traditional laptop mouse pad. Definitely would recommend!

great laptop. love that it has a key pad. the backlit keyboard is nice too but it is a little bright in total darkness. windows 10 runs well on it as my former laptop ran very bad on windows 10. I don't like that it doesn't have a built in dvd player or an Ethernet plug but I can deal with that.

Got this gem for my mom who is not tech savy but can still hold her own. She LOVES to play games and go on Facebook to keep in contact with friends and family. This is the perfect computer for just that. The fact that she can use it as a touch screen is an added bonus due to her arthritis.

Bought this for my mom for Christmas. She was in need of a new computer and wanted to switch to a laptop. The guys at Best Buy coached me on all of the options I had. And then helped me to decide on what would be best for my mom. She loves it and loves the speed and ease of this HP. Great find!

Like this laptop but does seem slow at times would recommend reviewing more info before purchasing

I bought the computer for a general use as well as for business. I mainly use it as a laptop but there have been occasions where I use the tablet form as well. It is great to be able to scroll and position on the screen as I need to. Its a great computer for every type of work or play.

We have had this laptop for over 8 months and have not had any problems. It handles multiple tasks without getting bogged down and the touch screen is very responsive (I've worked with lenovos at work and their touch screens are horrible). We also like the versatility of the 2 in 1 feature.

I have had this computer for all of 3 months. At first it was great! I love the touch screen and that I can use it as a tablet. But shortly after it froze up and I received the Blue Screen of Death. It was a failed hard drive. I sent it out to be fixed and got it back with some scratches that it didnt have previously (because it was only 2 months old, if that). But at least it worked, right? Not so fast. It started to freeze up. I called support and they cleaned the cache. Their advice was to do this weekly to keep it running smoothly. That's funny because my 7 year old Dell does't need that. The newest thing it likes to do (aside from freezing occasionally) is the speakers wont work randomly. Usually the computer stops recognizing that it has speakers when it wakes after going to sleep. But sometimes it's just 10 minutes after boot up while I am using it that it stops. I have to restart to get the speakers to work again. ALL of this is known by HP support. NOTHING is ever done. Waste of my money. I wish I could get my money back and give this thing back.

I was looking for a small reasonable laptop to carry around to jobs and this one works great!

I was looking for a laptop for my son to run his landscaping business. I looked at a number of them then the Best Buy Associate showed me this one. Fulfilled all his needs with lots of storage space, good speed and can also use used as a tablet by flipping it over. Just the ticket!

I had the need for a laptop to take on our RV trips without missing the time to work on my volunteer projects. This 'puter does the trick and can handle all my needs, using a stick to transport the info from desktop to laptop and back again. I especially love the smooth keyboard operation.

I purchased this run Microsoft Office and use the internet. I use Logitech wireless mouse instead of the touch pad. It works fine for Office. When downloading a live event it pauses to buffer occasionally. I like the back lit keyboard. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase.

The only reason why I don’t get 5 stars my hardware drive actually was lost so I technically had a broken computer and didn’t have warranty on that specific part of the computer has to pay Best Buy extended warrant group but overall wonderful computer

Great computer! Quick, responsive! Serves as my tablet and laptop and desktop. More powerful than I expected. WIN 10 provides quick starts, Intel I5 and 12G RAM provide speedy processing. Super bright and true color monitor. Happier than I thought I would be with this computer.
