Pro= beautiful laptop with almost every thing you would want, on sale is very hard to beat, one of the best 1080 colorful sreen in the store Cons = the hardrive is to slow to todays standed,even the I7 version didnt come with and SSD, still a very good deal at the price range, there was a review that said a couple of screws, piece of cake, yeah right, paying a pro to replace it, Botware= come on microsoft, 3 day in to using the laptop it started locking up, lucky my tech son went thur and turn off all the so call automatic update programs etc. and the stuff we didnt know or need. wifi is very slow compare to everything else in the house. Conclusion= for what we bought the laptop for, home office , take to the living room on move night , this was a great deal,

I love the touch screen, wide screen and ability to flip. But I’ve had to send it back to Hp warranty two times and it’s barely been a full year. Wish I would of just got a Mac, for the price md problems of this. Still love it without the problems. Cortana is great on it

This Laptop looks nice and sleek and is easy to use. Has a fairly long battery life and functions well. I have had it a couple months now and have not had any problems with it. The webcam on it is not the best, but that is the only thing that I would say it could improve upon.

Bought one for my Granddaughter's graduation from high school. She loved it so much I went back and bought one for myself. Absolutely love it. Quiet keys, lighted keyboard. Great screen could not be happier. Haven't learned everything about it but learning daily

There was a few glitches in setting it up but after a couple restarts it was fine and has been running good ever since. It has alot of nice features I've never had on the standard laptop i had before. I am very happy I went with this style laptop. It has everything i wanted!

I was very hesitant on buying a touchscreen laptop and was really concerned about it being convertible that the hinges would not last the duration but I love everthing abput this one. It's the perfect size and super fast I would buy 5 more. I recommend this laptop hands down.

I've had this laptop for about a month now and have been very pleased with it. It's fast, the sound quality is excellent and there are a lot of features that I'm still getting used to (such as Windows 10 and the flip and fold design). Overall, for the price I am very happy!

Overall very nice computer. The screen is excellent and the processor and memory are more than enough for home/small business use. The speakers reproduce sound, but use an external. The only negative is the white letters of the keyboard on silver keys.. wish they were black.

Being my first personal laptop would definitely reccomend it to a friend. The touchscreen is very responsive and capabilities are amazing. Soo many things your able to do with it. Screen brightness is perfect and great how the keys light up. Overall a very good laptop!

This is 100x better than the dinosaur I was using. I do appreciate the picture resolution, and ability to use this in a tablet mode. I don't use my laptop for much more than paying bills, Netflix and surfing the web. No issues, but I've only had it for about 2 months.

The laptop has great ergonomics, performs very well, has decent sound quality for a laptop and is very quiet even when the fans come on inside it for cooling. (I had returned a Lenovo laptop with similar specs because it was very noisy when its cooling fans came on).

My new HP Envy 360 Laptop is so easy to use. Even my husband who is pretty much computer illiterate has learned how to use it. It's not too heavy ... like my old Dell laptop. It has plenty of storage for all our pics. I'll never buy anything other than an HP again

has a very nice finish, big touchpad, working smoothly..bought it for 600 dollars during the HP sale, was 800. you cant find any better for this price with these specifications..All computer is aliminuim and give a very nice feel. works perfect. with backlight.

We absolute y love our laptop we purchased at Best Buy. The salesman helped us in picking the right one for our needs. The two year warranty helped save us money since the hard drive went bad. They fixed it and mailed it to our house. It works great.

I absolutely love my new HP computer! Easy to use and great speed as well. I am using for my business (I am an independent consultant for Thirty-One). This has been a stress free transition for me as I am not a computer genius ;-) Well worth the money spent!!
