My old laptop was getting run down and I was looking for a new one, preferably under $500, but it had to be touch screen. I found a couple that were good, but I saw this computer in the i7 version, and it was gorgeous! I begrudgingly upped my range and bought this lovely laptop. It was on sale for 699 and I got it open box certified for 629. The sound quality is wonderful, the picture quality is good, my only complaint is the lack of DVD drive, but that's an easy fix, just buy an external dvd reader. The 360 part is one of my favorite features, it is a little wiggly when you put it in folded mode, but not scarily so. The surface of the computer is aesthetically great, but it does seem to scratch easy so I've been putting towels underneath it for the bottom doesn't scratch. Love everything but the price!

I love it. I use it almost every day and take it with me a lot.

This is a great laptop to play games, watch Netflix, do whatever online with. It's handy for myself at work because I can be playing music or whatever and still do inventory or take photos while on sales floor. Saves me a ton of paper!

I've owned this laptop for about two months and it is a Amazing. Although I've only skimmed the surface of its potential I can't wait to dive further into its Windows features. It brings all of your items together at a rapid pace.

I usually overspend on a computer and get extras that I don't need, like heavy power for gaming and such. Employee recommended for a not so expensive quality laptop. Good size screen and enough power for basic document type work.

My prior desktop died on me and I was looking for a quick and powerful replacement in a laptop that I could add a big touchscreen monitor to. This envy laptop fit the bill and I have not looked back since in wanting another desktop!

Love the way it converts from a laptop to a tablet. Touch screen very accurate. Have needed to reboot a couple of times after switching between modes and cursor doesn't reappear. Touch screen works in both modes. Excellent for the price.

I love my envy, when I get tired of working on regular PC mode I just flip the keyboard back, and go into tablet mode with ease. I love the convenience of having a laptop when I need a laptop, and having a PC when I need it as well.

I needed a reliable computer to write papers on for grad school this is by far the best investment I have made my papers are pulling 100 all the time with the ease of the touch screen to fix grammar issues and spelling. I love it

My first HP laptop and I am pleased with the performance. While it could be lighter weight, I don't carry it with me so it does not matter. Plenty of storage for my purpose and I mostly store documents and pictures, but not videos.

Like my Envy, batterie last longer then the lab tops I had in the past. Takes great picture. The touch screen is a little sensitive it will pop up things as soon as you touch it but the could be because my fingers are so big.

I'm super in love with my new 365 HP laptop. I really hesitated to buy it at first but after getting it home and playing around with it, I am pleasantly surprised at all of the features. I also love the touch screen and 360 feature.

Very sleek design! Still learning the Windows 10 operating system, but this laptop seems to be sufficient for all my needs. Very good screen resolution. I would highly recommend that you buy a wireless mouse awith this computer.

Yes, this is the 2nd one in our family. Doesn't that tell you something!?!? Love the fact that we can either use the mouse feature or touchscreen. It's spoiled me! On other computers I keep toughing the screen to no avail! Ugh.

Great device for any kind of work. I am tech savy person and i uses atleast 2-3 different laptops in a day. But this laptop is byfar the easist and the smoothest of the lot. The 2-1 option adds a lot of value to this.

Purchased a laptop for my 10-year-old son. He loves the fact that he can use it as a regular laptop or switch it to a touchscreen tablet. It's perfect for him to do educational programs on as well as being able to play his games.

The old trusty Toshiba finally was giving up and my daughter needed a good fairly reasonably priced replacement. Best Buy did the full setup for us thru Geek Squad. Absolutely a great light weight can do it all laptop.

We haven't bought a new laptop in years and this has everything we need. The only drawback is that the hard drive is NOT solid-state. But that shouldn't make difference as we don't put too much stress on it to begin with.
