So far I have really liked everything about this computer. I looked at many computers and read many reviews before purchasing and finally decided on this one. It has all the features I need and a very sleek design.

I love this laptop it is so sleek...very powerful and fast...also love the versatility...battery life is not bad...the only thing I would change is that the screen could be brighter...other than that it's great

HP has made a quality lap top. Excellent features, easy to use, works well with Windows 10. Geek squad did great job in setting it up with the programs I needed and explaining all of the features. A very good buy.

HP's reputation speaks for itself. Fast upload easy to use easy to navigate either use of touch screen mouse or keyboard.

I am very pleased with the Computer. It was easy to set up and operate. I have not had any trouble with it. The keyboard is easy to use or I can use the touch screen if desired. I am happy with my purchase.

Love the bigger screen than my old HP with 13 inch. Keyboard touch is nice. Backlight is good for lower light. Combination tablet and laptop is perfect since my iPAD is 5 years old. No need to get another device.

Purchased this with no knowledge of computers what so ever. Thankfully a helpful Best Buy employee came over and helped! This is super fast, graphics are great, and the storage is the best. I highly recommend!

Bought this to replace an older laptop. The specs of this unit and the screen size made this a great value. Setup was easy and there was no bundled software to clean off. Has been proving itself a great machine.

Was using a base model off brand to do my work on, when the sales guy showed me this PC. What a change! Speed, comfort, features, the sales man didn't tell the half of it. I do my work in a fraction of the time!

Very convenient and easy to use. The 2 in 1 feature is great for watching a movie. The keyboard lights up making it easy to use at night if needed. Liked it so much i bought my Mom one and she likes it too.

I really like this laptop. It's fast and has been able to handle the programs that I use for video editing. I don't really use the convertible portion. But it's nice to know it's there if I ever need it.

Very good product. I am writing this review on my new computer. It has many features, including cool touch screen display. I am using the email app that came with the laptop to answer this request for a review.

I was hesitant at first wondering if this type of laptop would be better than having desktop but I am so happy with it. With using a USB hub, the possibilities are endless and the touchscreen is amazing!

This laptop was on sale at a good price so I thought I'd go ahead and get it. I like it so much better than my old Asus and it was half the cost. My new HP printer works better now that I have an HP laptop.

I have not purchased an HP laptop in quite some time. I was pleasantly surprised by this device when browsing at the store. Initially it looks good and performs well I hope this will continue as the laptop ages.

When I was looking for a new computer, it had to be fast, have a large memory capacity, and be useful for all of my business/personal needs. This one definitely does, and to top it off, it can be used as a tablet!

I bought this laptop with the help of a knowledgeable Best Buy salesperson. I told them I wanted something that operated faster (mainly with online programs and emails in my real estate business) and he recommended this computer rather than 2 others I had purchased for two of my team members. While it may be faster, it still does operate as fast as my older laptop, so I am a little disappointed in its performance. I do not think that is the salesperson's fault as I found him very helpful and knowledgeable as stated above, but it is a combination of my impatience and the computer itself.

Has everything I need to do my business. Great speed, apps, video, sound,wifi easy connection, Cortana and so much more. Highly recommend this laptop.

I bought this laptop for my granddaughter as she was using an old, heavy, clunky one. I wanted it to be light, lots of storage, and have a 360 rotating screen... This one does it all... And it's beautiful!
