Customers express satisfaction with the touch screen, ease of use, performance, lightweight design, and battery life of the ENVY x360. Many appreciate the value for the price and ample memory. However, some users cite a limited number of USB ports and concerns about the hard drive's reliability as drawbacks. The size of the laptop was also a point of contention for some customers.

At first the idea of a 2 in 1 kinda device was a no go for me I wanted a full laptop didn't mind the "heaviness" If its powerful it has to be heavy that was my thought. A month later it has convinced me almost completely I still hate the fact it has no CD drive I'm a guy who still prefers physical media over digital. As far as performance goes its fast and it's great Intel Core i5 can never do no harm.

I love this laptop! It's fun to use, and also great for making professional presentations. I got mine on sale for $599. The touch screen, 2-in-1 feature, picture and sound quality, speed, bluetooth, sleek look and its very light and doesn't take up too much space, and other specs are all worth the money. I tried other laptops and found this one met my needs the best. I highly recommend this product.

Got this slightly discounted at BestBuy, and the laptop hasn't disappointed so far. This is a gift for my daughter who turned 10 recently, and she is loving it! Perfectly replaces the need to have an iPad, as the screen is completely collapsible, with touch screen features really helpful. Packed with speed, storage and performance, this is a great buy from BestBuy!

This computer was on sale when I bought it, but regardless of price, I feel it is a good machine. Very fast, compact, portable. Not too heavy but the screen is nice and big. 10-key pad is a nice addition! I've had no problems with it. The only pain is that there is no disc location, so I had to buy an external drive, but that was inexpensive. Small price to pay for a good machine!

I spent about a month researching different types of 2in1s and I am very happy I decided to purchase this one. It was also on clearance for an awesome price and is pretty much the same as the newer models. I haven't had any problems with it yet and hopefully I wont have any! This was my first replacement to my 7 year old Toshiba laptop.
Great purchase!!

I've always been a Toshiba laptop fan but since they are no longer making laptops, I went with HP. I love almost everything about this laptop. Love the touch screen, back lit keyboard, sound, it's light weight & good graphics. I don't like the fact that there's only 2 USB ports, the feel of it is not smooth like other laptops I've had & the battery life isn't that great.

Purchased this for my wife right before Christmas and she absolutely loves it! Has a lot of memory and doesn't lag. She uses it to take care of business and bills, and then flips it over and uses it to entertain our baby. I was worried about the size maybe being a little too big, but now I'm glad I got as big. Got it at a great price, and extremely happy with it.

This notebook met all of my wish list - light weight, fast, backlight keyboard, separate key pad, built-in WiFi. It did not have a DVD drive, but I never used the one on my previous laptop, so that made it even lighter. My ONLY complaint about this laptop is that it doesn't have a Num Lock light to indicate when the keypad numbers are active.

This computer is faster than my old one. I needed a new one due to the age of my previous one, simply for reading emails, paying bills and viewing websites so I didn't need the top of the line model. This computer serves its purpose and the touch screen is nice. The site said this model had 3 USB ports when in actuality it only has two.

I purchased two of this laptop because the price was really good. I am very happy with my purchases. Both are performing perfectly. It only took a few minutes to get it registered and up and going. The only thing I did and do not like is no CD Drive so I had to buy an external one, I have had no problems with my laptops.

I have used this product but returned it. It has very nice (mac like) finishing with good performance and since it lacks ssd, starting up takes time. It is little bulky to carry as it's 15.6 inch screen. Difficult to use in tablet mode. I would rather prefer 13.3 inch. However, for the price range it is a good product.

I bought the HP Envy x360 back in November of 2016. It's currently March 2017, so I've owned this laptop for about four months now. I haven't had a single problem with it. I'm a bit of a tab hoarder, so sometimes the computer can be slow, but that's 100% my fault, not the laptop. The 360 feature (where it flips from a regular-style laptop and the screen folds over like a tablet) is so aweome. Although I'm so used to "old-school" laptops without this feature, so sometimes I forget I can even do that. If you have to present anything to a client for work or even perhaps a school project, just flip the laptop into the "tablet" mode as it's fantastic for presenting. I really enjoy this laptop and it keeps up with me and my having a billion tabs open at once. I highly suggest and recommend the HP Envy x360 if you're looking for a high performing computer without an outrageous price tag. For the money, this is the best choice out there in my opinion. Oh and did I mention it's touchscreen too! You won't regret this purchase, I promise!

I am loving it. It really is a good machine. It is fast. It might not be 16GB of RAM, BUT the 12GB; which is what it has, is really awesome. It has HD resolution and it really looks like it has a HD resolution (mention this because not all the laptop that says HD resolution really look like HD). And another treat of this machine is that it is multitouch screen. I have an WD external hard drive that is 3.0 USB and is lighting fast the transfers. Also, I have a Seagate external drive that is 2.0USB an still very fast. My friend has a Dell with 3.0USB ports but with his Seagate and mine (both year and a half old and 2.0USB) the transfers are not as fast as my ENVY with 2.0USB external hard drives and USB's.
It last a lot, great battery and also it is not hot to the touch when you are using it a lot of time. I have this problem since the beginning with my last laptop which I used it for about a year and a couple of months ( I dropped and bomb! thousand of pieces to pick up).
Great laptop for college and even multi tasking.

I'm mostly a Mac user, but I needed a Windows machine for certain apps for business purposes. So I'm pretty critical of Windows in general, and specifically everything since XP. :-) The screen on this unit is beautiful, and as a touchscreen is very sensitive and responsive. The application performance is no where near as snappy as I expected given the processor and memory in the machine. One thing noted by others is there is a lot of bloat-ware pre-loaded on the machine which I've been working my way through disabling or deleting. I also suspect I will find some tuning options that will help in the future. The touchpad tries to be all things to all people and as such is very difficult to get used to. I may ultimately find a way to disable/desensitize multi-touch or disable the mouse-click switches to avoid selection/action mistakes.
It is, however, quite powerful for the price, and adding the fact that it's a convertible with touchscreen I think you'd have to spend twice this money or more to get a better machine.

I expected as much from HP. Works great and I actually find myself using the touch screen quite a lot. It's for a family member, but I helped them set it up and will most likely be using it whenever I'm at their house. Easy to use and a very nice design.

I have has this computer for a month now and have no complaints. It is fast, easy, sleek, and love the touch screen options for my kids to use as well. I love that the screen can bend all the way around to use as a tablet function. My favorite laptop yet.

I love my new laptop. It's bigger than my last one, but it's sleeker and way faster than my last one. I didn't give it five stars because it only has 2 USB plug ins. I would love to have had a 3rd. It performs as anticipated. Overall I would buy another one.
