I'm not a computer expert and that being said this laptop is very easy to use and navigate. Geek Squad is very helpful in helping me set things up and backing up my data and installing anti virus software.

Great laptop for me needs. Does everything I need it to and fast. Speakers up top are very loud compared to other laptops with speakers faced towards the bottom. Overall I would recommend this to anyone.

Laptop is adequate for what I need it for. Screen size is perfect. The keyboard is a bit sensitive you should strike the key harder than you should. Not an issue for me since I use wireless keyboard and mouse

I had an older Samsung laptop that had slowed to a crawl. So after a quick review check and check for local sale decided on the ENVY and couldn't be happier! Super fast processing and tons of space.

I thought I will have the deal for the price they showed me. At the end resulted they charged me more and gave me a gift card? What's the deal. The product doesn't have any issues. Best Buy has it.

This computer is wonderful! The touch screen technology makes it so easy! Even us older folks can navigate through the system using the same set of skills we have due to using our iPhones. Love it!

I just love my new laptop. I love the fact the I can convert it to tablet mode, which by the way is wonderful when sitting in bed. I can use the touch screen function eliminating the need for a mouse.

I bought this computer due to the interest of it being a 2 in 1 and touchscreen. Shortly after buying this, I wanted to purchase a stylus pen to use with this computer. I unfortunately found out that there are not any pens that are compatible with this computer. I am very disappointed, because I would have purchased a different computer if I had known otherwise. Also, the Bang & Olufsen Audio Control Panel would not open for the whole first month of owning it.

The system boots fast and the processor and storage are great. The only issue I have is a shortage of input ports and no CD/DVD drive. I can get an external drive but it would be nice to have one standard.

I've had an hp laptop in the past, it was time to up grade to a more updated and faster laptop. It has come in very handy since I am a college student and take classes online, very helpful to me.

I love the keyboard layout, the lighting is perfect on the screen. Also when the battery gets low, which takes a long while, the screen dims, so it's a subtle way of letting you know to plug it in.

This is an excellent computer with power to handle my personal & small business computer needs. The touch screen has crisp text and vivid graphics.. Storage is large enough for many files and photos.

Moving from older Vista machine, this is a huge leap forward. Starts really fast and great battery life. I also like the size. I have large hands/fingers so this keyboard layout works well for me.

LOVE this computer! It's a little heavy but that's to be expected with the size. It's fast, it's portable, it's great. I bought it right before Christmas and got a great deal, so I also saved money!

This is a nice fast laptop with full size and backlighted keyboard and a touch screen. Very easy to use. Lots of storage and RAM. Loaded with Windows 10 - still trying to learn its finer points.

This has everything I was looking for (numeric keypad, back lit keyboard, touch, i5 7th gen) and has a very nice display. The only thing I wish it had was an SSD but, then again, t would have cost more.

I am very pleased with this notebook! Compared to my old laptop, processing and download times are much faster. I no longer need to fear Windows updates. Visuals are very clear with vibrant colors.

The speed and memory is just perfect for my use. I love the Notebook feature for movie/video viewing. I would definitely select the HP Envy x360 2 in 1 again if I were in search of a great laptop.

It's a good machine, it's fast and even better than a 3 year old dell that it replaced. The only thing that I don't like is that it doesn't have an ethernet port. But overall great computer.

Performance wise this laptop does everything needed for the applications being ran. The tablet function is used occasionally and the HD screen looks great. Battery life is not as good as expected.
