My old laptop was soooo slow I couldn't even work on it. I bought this one and I absolutely love it. I can fold it in half and I love the touch screen. I'm going to buy my daughter one.

I like this laptop for several reasons. It is up-to-date, has a touchscreen, great color and sound, It has a camera, and many other options. Price was right also and got it on sale.

Best laptop for me.. i brought it 2016 and now 2020 middle of the year... and its performance is still great.. HP always best for me..

I am in love with this computer. It is fast and processes well. There is no lag when changing from laptop mode to tablet mode. However, it has a tendency to get very warm very quickly.

very easy to use and learn. I enjoy using my new laptop for pleasure and personal business. If I have any problems with something I'm not sure of the Geek Squad is very helpful.

I needed to upgrade my laptop and at the same time get something that I could afford. It the best of both worlds. Much faster then my old laptop. Better everything.

This is a great touchscreen laptop. Big enough screen, full size keyboard. My only complaint is lack of internal disk drive. But that is easily solved with an external blue ray drive.

Only little things bug me about it like it annoying to open up and the screen almost popped out the first week but it's a solid buy for school and work. Good hard drive space and memory

I returned this item not because it wasn’t a good laptop but just because it was a little bit to big for me to carry everywhere I went and not as light as I wanted it to be.

I can't believe the quality of the speakers, the sound is much bigger than expected for such a thin laptop. It has been a great little workhorse for logging our photos from trips.

However, I wish it would come with all the protection it needs without having to purchase it. Wish I had a CD ROM drive. Thought it did, but that was my fault for not checking.

Great starter computer, did have an issue with the 1st one I got. Took it back to Best Buy and they exchanged it right out for a new one no hassles. The new one has worked just great.

Nice and light weight. First ever purchased without a DVD player; so far not missed. Just in the process of setting it up and hopefully will have no problems. Good value for the price.
