I bought this laptop for my wife. It is solid, great graphic and picture for watching videos and movies. Very easy to use and light weight. Highly recommend!

This model came recommended by a friend and also the helpful Best buy associate pointed out a number of quality considerations, including the strength of the axis that the screen rotates on; to provide greater protection from damage to the wiring between the unit and the screen. Set up was relatively easy, although a few more written instructions would be helpful. Installation of Webroot and Micro Office Professional was easy. There was a Windows 10 update that needed to be processed as first action; that was a lengthy process and a bit confusing with the restarts.

I love the touch screen feature. PC works great and has clear graphics and pictures. Recommend this model to anyone in the market for a quality laptop.

I am very pleased with my HP Envy laptop with 12 gb of RAM. It is so much faster than my Acer all-in-one desktop, which came with only 4 gb of RAM, then I upgraded to 8 gb of RAM with no increase in speed. The screen resolution on the HP is amazing. Not a lot of bloatware on this, and that was very nice. I am not a gamer, so I cannot speak for that aspect of its use. I do wish it came with a CD/DVD drive, though. That would have made it much easier to install my version of Microsoft Office, instead of having to download it from the MS site using my key code.

We are very happy with the purchase of this laptop. It does everything our family needs and more! Thanks to the Best Buy staff for helping so much!!

This is my first 2-in-1 laptop & I love it!! I love that the keyboard lights up & you can shoose to turn that feature off with a touch of a button.

My daughter is more than satisfy with this laptop, she is able to do her homework, stream media, watch Netflix and best of all it is very light!....

Love that it essentially becomes a tablet. Tremendous storage. The lighted keyboard is very helpful. Mouse pad is not overly sensitive, which I like.

This laptop was my christmas/black friday deal, I use it everyday for everyday needs. Love the speed it gives and how clear the pictures come out.

The laptop really serves my purpose. The touch is good, sound quality is awesome. Cons- the battery. I was expecting better performance from battery.
