The laptop is very good. I would have preferred a couple more USB ports though. For the most part, I am still getting use to WIN 10 & how it works.

Got this laptop so we didn't always have to be stuck on a desktop in the office.Great screen and keyboard layout. Operates smoothly and is fast.

It is a large step up from the Sony Vaio I had. Not a fan of Windows 10 but I'll get used to it. Surprised how thin it is compared to my old laptop!!

Laptop has very long battery life. Works as intended...the only minor issue i have is that the right/left click on mouse pad has no separation.

The laptop is super innovative, the touch screen is great. The only flaw I can really see would be the weight. It's a little heavier than expected.

I never had trouble until today when I noticed a hairline crack on screen. I have no idea how it happened as I am extremely careful with counter and don't even take it out of kitchen. I will try to replace or repair the screen as I don't want to part with this PC. The keyboard is black background with silver keys. Much easier to see for me and don't think they make that anymore. I hate the all silver look.......hope this helps......

this laptop was a gift. It runs faster that the previous laptop we had that was only a year old. The best part is the support from the Geek Squad.

This is a perfect gift for a high school senior graduating and heading off to college. Light weight and easy to set up. My oldest loves it.

The touch screen is fantastic! And converting to use as a tablet simply by folding back the keyboard is so cool. I just love it!

Everything seems to be working just great. This is the first computer I have ever bought that has been hassle free so far. Nice, crisp, fast.

So I had this for about two weeks before I took it back. Scrolling on the touchscreen was kinda choppy and the battery was nowhere near the ten hours advertised even when just browsing the web at medium brightness with no videos playing. Overnight I'd lose about 10% battery power on sleep. I don't know if it's an hp issue or what but it does come with bloat ware of course and I swear it felt like it was downloading things for about a week straight. Had a problem with wifi out of the box but just downloaded certain updates to fix that.

Purchased this as replacement for our oldest daughter. Touch screen is great, back-lit keyboard is wonderful. So happy with this purchase.
