Love how reliable this computer is, had a few kick ups at first but after all the updates came through it performs like a champ

our grandson is going off to college and we wanted him to have one that had everything he needed and this one has what he needs.

This has been the perfect laptop for my wife to use for personal or business related items. Love the flexibility of it and the look.

I found my experience at Best Buy very informative. The Salesman I had, couldn't be more informed. He was and is an expert, teaching classes too I guess. Any question I had, there was never a pause before he answered me. Giving me the feeling he was probably one of their best knowledge filled experts in this arena. In fact I joked that he should work on one of these TV shows that sold stuff because he'd keep the audience interest as he sold them. I would do this again, and advise anyone to go to this store.

Working well/fast. Getting used to it! First foray into using a laptop as my primary computer. Looking forward to in-the-field use.

Excellent computer. Wanted a solid state, but this one outperformed the one I bought so I returned it for this badass computer!

My computer acted up in the beginning but after some updates it started working like a charm. So far I'm pretty satisfied with it.

I like this laptop but there is nothing more frustrating than having a brand new device freeze up to the point that it has to be rebooted. This has to be an HP or Windows software issue, but a device one-month-old shouldn't be doing this. Other than that it's great! It's a solid machine, looks nice, versatile, and for the most part, it can handle anything I throw at it. Still looking to see if I'm overloading it when it locks up. Still waiting to see how it will perform in the classroom this fall at college.

Got this computer for business use for my Real Estate Firm, and it definitely exceeds all expectations and performs superbly well!

I was happy with the sale on the computer I bought two for my sons as Christmas presents .... they were very pleased with the machine

I needed an affordable computer to replace the one that my child spilled her beverage into. This was within my price range with all of the features I desired and plus some. The touch screen is a bit over sensitive. I've also experienced the display pixelating when I flip it from tablet to laptop and have had to reboot to fix it this. The speed is good and the picture quality is great. Overall a good computer for the cost.

Very happy with purchase. Great resolution, easy set up & the back lit keyboard works great when I'm sitting outside at night.

My daughter loves it bought it in advance to make sure she liked it and she loves it suits all her needs with great memory.

Good product for the essential projects. Not able to support much in the way go gaming. Easy to use and set up for most anyone.
