Sturdy Laptop

I do seem to have too many crashes and disconnects from the internet. Other than that it works fine. I'm not real happy with the Edge program it came with. It does not support running java. Many of the games I play require java. IE explorer 11 doesn't seem to run real well on this computer.

First off I immediately replaced the 1tb hard drive for a Solid State drive and I recommend everyone else do the same. This makes the laptop even faster, it's pretty easy to do.Battery life will depend on what you are doing of course and screen brightness but I get over 5 hours with average use. Overall great laptop and I highly recommend.

Very good, easy to use laptop

I needed something that was going to work well for school. I had browsed online extensively and still couldn't make a decision. I stopped into my local BB and was able to do some comparisons. The sales associate answered all of my questions and ultimately made my decision much easier and I purchased from them. Very happy with Best Buy.
