    Bought another desk top end of 2016, an HP from HSN. Needed to do payments vs. a one time payment. Avoided Lap Tops. Didn't like the small screen, size, etc. Best Buy had a sales man there from HP and he took the time to assist me in picking the right HP product. The Envy Lap Top. I still have a little more to get used to, will take classes if I need to. Thank you

    I love it! I was so scared to make such a big investment. I'm a student at a community college and have lots of papers to write, lots of research to do, and much Netflix to watch. The touch screen is cool, I got that so my son could draw on it, it's a little complicated but once you get the hang of it it's ok. This is just for school and home use, I don't do gaming

    While this system is not used for game play, it has been more than satisfactory for my needs (online bill pay, office programs, website browsing). In the 2 months I have owned this, the system has twice frozen up and I couldn't even turn the system off. After forcing the system off and turning it back on, it has worked just fine. Both times it has done an update>>>
