I've only had this laptop for about a month so who knows what could go wrong in the coming months and years, but at this point, I like the look and feel of it. It replaced an 8-year-old Toshiba which I also loved but the hard drive was fading fast (and still had Win Vista) so had to do something. There's a lot about Win10 I'm still getting used to, but the laptop itself is quite nice, the larger screen (Toshiba was maybe 14) is beautiful and crisp. And, of course, it's much lighter than my old one, another plus!

Easy to get acquainted with and use right out of the box. Lots of memory and speed for general business and household use. Not for gaming.

I purchased this laptop 3 years ago for my last year of school, and its still working just as smooth and easy as the day I started using it. The touch screen still works, the backlit keyboard still works perfectly, the screen brightness is BRIGHT and dim if i need it to be. The only negative I have, is that the battery dies a little quicker than I would prefer. When the time comes to need to buy a newer laptop, I will be buying HP again!

I needed a new laptop capable of performing demanding tasks for furthering my education and this was an excellent choice. It is a great computer at a great price and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good computer.

Purchased this laptop for my 12 year old who is really big into online gaming and also drawing. His old laptop was almost 3 years old and would lag big time on games, not with this new HP no issues. He loves the back lit keyboard & the ability to use it as a tablet such as to watch Netflix on & the touch screen so he can use drawing and painting apps to help explore his creative side. I also bought an Insignia touch-screen pen to use with this unit.

This is a great computer. Light, easy to use. Love he fact that it can fold like a tablet if I need to.

I bought this laptop after having owned a Mac Book Pro for six years, and I am very pleased with it after my first month with it. Programs run smoothly and quickly. The touch screen option is fun and I particularly like to use it in that mode while I am streaming movies in bed. It fits easily in my lap and I can also adjust the screen to an appropriate angle easily. This is not a cheap product, but it is certainly a high quality one.

I've purchased laptops for all my children, usually they start out as mine, then then kids end up with them. I wanted one for myself, as I'm starting to travel quite a bit, and this one is great! Slim, and everything I was looking for. Starts up quick, and easy to handle. The only reason it's 4 is that I asked for the gold and when I got it back from Geek Squad found out it's silver. I hope it doesn't get mixed up with the others.

This laptop is light weight, easy to use and looks nice. So glad I was able to catch it on sale.
