    This is my second Envy. I lied this so much better than my Lenovo and my other HP, that I bought the second to replace the other computers. Nice touch screen even though the newer versions use a stylus. I never needed that, so I saved a few $. The computer is fast, has good battery life and has a nice backlite keyboard.

    I purchased my HP Envy laptop at Best Buy and quickly discovered a problem with the touch screen that made the computer unusable. I took it in and the Geek Squad replaced the laptop and got me set up in record time. So while the computer is working beautifully for me, I'm also reviewing the service, which is excellent.
