I have only had this computer a little over a week and am happy with it. My only complaint is that I did not know it does not have a dvd player on it. I was disappointed when I went to download some things from my previous computer only to discover there is no disk drive. Other than that it is a great computer.

After bad experiences with 2 previous brand new laptops from Best Buy, we are on our 3rd one (3 strikes and you are out Best Buy). This laptop was more expensive so we are hoping it lasts longer than the 2 to 4 months of our previous Best Buy laptop purchases.

nice overall laptop. my only complaint is that it was advertised with bonus virus protection for 6 months.. found out it was already pre-loaded with mcafee virus protection for 6 months, and that I had to choose one over the other ( I couldn't try one for six months, then try the other to see which I liked best )

Had a Gateway desktop for 10 years when it finally gave out. Decided to buy a laptop because of its mobility. So far I am very happy with it. I must also commend the service I received both from the salesman who helped me select it and then from the geek squad members who fixed it up for me. Very painless process.

I have always liked HP products, so when my 3-year old laptopn crashed, I bought this new one in October 2016. It crashed within one month, but Best Buy replaced it immediately when I brought it to the store. I'm hoping for a better result with this one.

I have been aware of the HP Envy for quite some time, so when it was time to upgrade my laptop, this was near the top of the list. My budget couldn't afford spending more, so this is a great value for the money. It is just a fantastic 2-in-1; fast with plenty of storage. Really happy with my purchase.

I bought the HP Envy as a replacement for my present work laptop. The Envy gives me all the capabilities and capacities to handle my current tasks for work, plus the ability to do more. Much of the computer's functions are self-evident, and Best Buy's Geek Squad showed me others. Well worth the money.

Like this machine a lot. Screen is big. Keyboard is nice. Has a "heft" to it that makes you feel like it is durable and well made. Only complaint I have is the F2 and F4 keys aren't set to "rename" (F2) and "repeat/duplicate" (F4) as my others have been. Have to hit the Function key first.

It does what I need but I don't think this is the greatest computer. I definitely think you must use a mouse which is very inconvenient for me because I need my laptop in remote locations frequently. But for the price point it's not bad.

Great laptop. Works great for mild to medium graphic games. Internet, social media all work great. If your not trying to play high end video games or software it will be perfect for you. Only thing I don't like is the single mouse pad for movement and clicking. I prefer them desperate.
