Very easy to use, nice big keyboard and screen. The only problem I have is that when I have multiple tabs open all of a sudden whatever I'm doing it will "move" to the another tab or will highlight the search bar and drop the menu down like I want to pick a different website to go to.

I agonized over what I'd get in the next computer. This HP Envy though really hits a sweet spot. Its great for practicing my technical skills and running virtual machines. And the quality keyboard is much improved over the last HP I bought. I might buy another one in a few months.

Purchased the HP Envy X360 and it has worked flawlessly for 3 months. Just finished online summer classes without a hiccup. I recommend this PC! College student and using for school. Very pleased with this purchase.

We purchased this for my 91 year old mother-in-la. She only uses it for simple windows games and reading the newspaper online. We spent the extra money because we were tired of having to replace the cheap laptops every 9 months or so and she wanted a laptop instead of a tablet.

For the price you get a good amount of laptop. It is however slow and the USB-TypeC port will not read Alternate display mode so you can't use a USB-C docking station with video. It has a slow hard hard drive but is serviceable.

it has every thing that i need in a lap top.i love the tablet feature because i like to draw and it allows me to be more comfortable with in tablet mode. the picture is awsome, great for gaming. i'd recomend this computer for the first time lap top owner, or students would love this

I use this mostly for my job. I am online and waching videos a lot. This is great for what I need, a lot of social media posting and lots of room to store photos. Its heavier then I thought it would be but for what I wanted, speed and ample storage space it is what it is.

I got this on sale for a work laptop and couldn't be happier. It will last me a long time with the RAM and storage included, no need to upgrade anything. It performs smoothly, starts up quickly and I have had no problems after using it for about a month. Would highly recommend.

I recently purchased this laptop and absolutely love it. It is very fast and user friendly. I like the touch screen option. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that it is a little heavy when you flip it over and use it in tablet mode. Otherwise, I think this is a great product.

This is the first laptop that I have owned. I had problems with the sound. I took it to the geek squad and thought it was straightened out. I had more problems, and the second geek squad person downloaded a driver update. Hopefully all is well now. Otherwise, the computer seems fine.

After 10 yrs. I was in the market for a new laptop..I have always been a Windows guy & a fan of HP..I always get mine from Best Buy & so far, so good..my old one still works but figured it was time for an upgrade so hopefully I'll be good for another 10 with this one ;)

I like my laptop and I alway buy HP products because of reliability, however, my new laptop has problem with space bar, does not always make space. I brought the laptop out of town so cNnot have geek squad look at it. I am sure it is probBly an easy fix for them , I hope.

Good, elegant slim and light computer w/good optics and sound and many changes when compared w/older HP models. However, some of these seem little less practical: three touch pads were easier to use and when using touch screen some of the content when increased is cut off.

I am pleased with the overall features of my new HP Laptop. I have a slight concern that the power plug appears to be bent and the touch pad does not respond all of the time. I am waiting for someone else to try my laptop for their opinion before I make a decision about it.

I would have rated this 5 stars except for one thing, which completely took me by surprise. This doesn't have an input for an ethernet cable to be able to hardwire to the router. I should have seen that, but it never occured to me that a laptop wouldn't have that.

The previous HP laptop survived 8 years of Masters and PhD work, several moves, a trip to Europe, and commandeering by two obnoxious cats. Of course my next laptop would be an HP. Plus, Best Buy and the Geeks make the transition super easy. Great job :)

I love this computer it works great for school, work and around the home. The only problem I have is sometimes the HDMI port will display the picture to the tv but no sound I will have to shut it down a time or few times and then the sound will play on the tv.

The Envy series is a premium twist to the product line. We've used this little laptop for a year and it's always performed well. The only drawback is that the build quality could be better. It shows a decent bit of wear earlier than expected.

I needed a laptop with the latest operating system. The HP Envy was rated highly, priced very fairly and was very light. Since I edit photos, I was happy that it flips and can convert into a tablet. Performs very quickly and was easy to anstall on my home network.

I really like the computer. I think it will serve me well for some time. I find the software very difficult to use compared to what I am used to. Windows 10 is not at all easy to adjust to and I find I am wasting a lot of time just trying to figure it out.
