I like this laptop a lot. I purchased it 3 months ago. The only occasional issue I've had is with the keyboard. The shift key sometimes doesn't deploy for capitalization of letters. It doesn't happen all the time so maybe it's partially my fault, not sure.

I've had is a random error message a week after I got it. It cleared by itself and rebooted and was fine. Also, it would not turn on once after I put it to sleep. No power light or anything. It took 5 minutes of me trying everything to get it back on.

I went into Best Buy with another computer in mind but a sales associate showed me this computer that was on sale and a much better deal and I am so glad he did. My son loves this computer. He has had it a little over a month and has had no issues.

Have been very impressed with this computer thus far. The flexibility with switching between laptop and touch screen is great especially when playing games vs. typing papers/work. Backlit keyboard makes it great when working in minimal to no light.

I'm sorry I can't remember the young man's name who assisted me but he was excellent. His product knowledge was strong, his desire to find the unit I wanted was exceptional. He was thorough in explaining every aspect of the HP unit I bought.

So far so good! The 15.6" screen is nice and easy to see and the i5 processor and 12 gb of ram seems to be enough for what I want to do with it. Good deal for those looking for a laptop that can perform well but want to stay under $700 total cost.

This is a great laptop, that has plenty of room and the ssd makes it quick as well. Has face recognition login which is also nice to have. Screen is great, and works well with the stylus. Plus it comes with a nice stylus, that is $50 alone.

Great computer and great color, not as fast as I wish it would be but I would purchase another one in a heartbeat. Love the tablet mode and the backlit keyboard. Got it on sale for 649.99 and for all this computer does that is a great price.

The laptop is very fast and responsive. It's heavier than I thought it should be for "tablet" mode. I like the 360 aspect and I can use the touch screen to scroll through pages really fast.

Wanted smaller device for listening to music while working out. Headphones I ordered online from another company turned out to be huge and don't like the way they look. These ear buds are nice especially since they are Bluetooth compatible.

Very lightweight, fast processor, and easy to set up and use. Enjoy the "touch screen", and the ability to fold the screen to the "iPad" position. Keyboard includes a numbers pad, very helpful when using spreadsheet software.

Enjoying the laptop - more power and memory than I really need but in this case, bigger is better. Wish that I could say that I liked Windows 10 as much as I like the laptop. Wish that it would have been available with Windows 7 or 8.

I purchased a cheap HP first and had nothing but trouble. You get what you pay for, and this computer is MUCH better. I have been very happy with this laptop. Definitely ahead to spend a little more and get a quality product.

I give presentations with video slides for various hospitals I'm assigned to. No hiccups, pixelation or lags during entire 90 minute show. Could have spent a lot more money, but I can't justify it for how well this performs.

Great 2-in-1, needed a new laptop for the first time in 10 years and knew I wanted an HP, since the last one lasted so long. Debated on a conventional laptop but was sold on the versatility of this one and the better specs.

Great for my work in presentations, but when I need to use it as a tablet, the keyboard is still underneath. Even though the buttons don't work once it's flipped over, the fact they're being pushed on when I'm trying to hold it as I'm presenting makes me nervous. Also, I've noticed that when I first turn it on sometimes, it's as if someone has control over my computer. Windows boxes randomly appear and close, the cursor goes all over the screen, and a wide assortment of weirdness happens for a good 3 minutes before everything quits and I'm able to control the cursor and close all the open windows. Another way to describe it, is its possessed.

I love my new HP PC but theres a couple of issues. Mainly for me its the metal cover they slapped on, although good in theory it adds a ton of weight and the corners where the clamshell meets is a bit sharp and hard to open

I needed a new lap top and since my friend is an IT expert, I asked him for a recommendation after receiving the Best Buy email about the sale. I chose this one based on his recommendation and I've been very happy with it!

I got this for my mother for Christmas. Feels very good, decent trackpad and very premium finish. She loves it, just be ready to uninstall a decent amount of bloatware if you don't care for all the HP services they load on there.
