This computer is great for my needs. Beware they told me it comes with Microsoft Office and when I got it home it only came with a "trial" of Microsoft. Now I have to go back and spend more money.

This was bought as a graduation gift for a work associate who has gotten her RN degree! She is extremely happy with this lap top. Major improvement over her old one. Very happy with this purchase!

Previously had the older model until it was damaged. It was one of the best laptop we've owned & compatible with digital audio systems. Hoping this one lives up to those standards. So far so good.

I was a little leery about buying an HP laptop (I've had issues with them before), but I am very happy with this one. The screen is very clear, and I was surprised at the quality of the speakers.

I purchased this computer because it had ample storage and an i5 processor. It defiantly meets my needs and my expectations. I rarely use the tablet mode but it is nice to have for watching things.

This was for my daughter's 16th bday. She loves it, meets all of her needs and has all of the things she wanted, 360, touch...she's trying to bring me up to date with it...we'll see how it goes!

I had a salesman to help me pick out the computer that I purchased. He was very good in explaining all about the features of it. I would defiantly recommend my family and friends to go to Bestbuy.

did not realize at time of purchase that there was no cd compartment! also, there was no user manual included. I am still considering a return of product.

This my third laptop from BB... I always have bought dell but this time I wanted to try something different company... I like this one except I hear some heavy processing while viewing....

I wanted to purchase this for business purposes, to get easy access, instead of going back and forth to my desktop, when I can just carry this with me when I show homes for clients. Thank You!

I've only had it for one month but so far so good, I need to adjust the settings a bit because it will "click-in" to items that I dont want it to. Other than that I think it's a great computer.

I love the laptop and also enjoy that it easily converts to a notebook. My only complaint is the sound. Considering it's Bang & Olufsen you would think the sound would be better. It's tinny.

At first it worked just fine but now that I have had it for about a month it is starting to give me problems. This "HP" is better than the "Asus" I had before. Apps will just close on me with no warning, or will not start up, my Trend Micro anti virus will not show up when I bring up Task View. It gets very confused when I wake it up from sleep mode...it locks up. That has happened more times that I would like to count. It does have a good battery life though.

So far, so good. I don't think there's any such thing as a perfect computer that never has issues, but this one does pretty well, so far. I hope it lasts a long time and issues remain minimal

The size and color, weight, and feel was great... However, when I tried a SSD there was no comparison.. Load speed and overall operation superior..

I used to have a smaller nutribullet that was great but this is excellent. Durable, powerful, perfect. I use it for juicing raw and frozen vegetables and fruit and it does the job wondefully.

This laptop is great and has all the features my wife wanted. We had some touch screen issues after a couple days, but BestBuy exchanded hassle free (outside of the long wait in line)

I'm very pleased with my new computer and its working as described. I'm still not 100 happy with Windows 10 but hopefully that will get better as time goes on. Otherwise fabulous product.

So far, it's been flawless. Runs quickly. Great Wi-Fi reception. I'm concerned about the strength/reliability of the hinges over time, from the flipping between laptop and "tablet" use.

The device works great and the price was fair. I always check your weekly ads and I usually find the necessary accessories I need at Best Buy. The staff is also honest and knowledgeable.
