We are really loving the touch screen feature and being able to use as a tablet. Also, compared to our old lap top this is light weight.

Bought printer for wife and she loves it. Colors are perfect but do wish it had cartridges for each color instead of one combined.

Perfect for what we needed to travel with. The laptop screen is so clear and bright you think you are looking at live sceens.

Best all in one..just wish it was a little lighter ..and more availability for covers out there (can easily get scratched on back)

So the keyboard on the screen is hard to use and so is the mouse. It's really hard to do anything in excel I love the brightness

I love the screen savers. The speed of internet connection is very good. There are too many pop-ups, some are helpful, most not.

I love the large screen and the brightness. Nice HP. If you don't clean off the screen after using it as a touch screen it blinks.

The price was good especially due to the great deal when I bought it but as soon as took it home, I noticed a yellow spot on the corner of the screen. So, I did a little bit research and found out that's a common screen issue with HP laptops. The mouse pad was okay but it was jumpy for a few minutes and it sort of went away, might be just the software issue or hardware I don't know as I returned it a day after. The fan was also a bit noisy. The up/down bottom were pretty small for this size laptop. Also wasn't sure if whole 2-in-1 idea is really beneficial for 15 inch laptop. Couple of minute after returning the laptop, the best buy assistant talked me out of returning and told me get another one and we ensure it is not defected, he said they can overwrite the return to exchange as the deal was gone already but the customer service refused to do it, so end up getting Lenovo Yoga 720 13". We'll how this goes. So far so good.

Love it...lives up to its promise. This is my 2nd HP and HP has always been very reliable for me so hoping the Envy is as well.

Big pretty display. Fast for internet However using mail app it is very slow to get new mail. Also many apps are slow to load

I really love this computer . My only issue was learning how to use it properly. I was not used to touch screen computers.
