I've used this laptop for as far as general use to making home videos and for work and has never failed to do what I need.

This computer was not cheaply built and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Great for school and work use.

Has new windows ten, much easier than eight. Really like the envoy browser. Boots up much quicker than my previous computer.

Bought this laptop to use in my company to put everything I had it's the best product I have purchased worth the money.

I first purchased this computer and realized the screen flickered. I returned it only to find out it would take over a week to get a replacement (there is multiple other Best Buys within 45 minutes driving but they couldn't ship one over even). I drove to get another but I'm still not impressed with the quality of this identical replacement computer. The hinges are crooked and it has trouble connecting to wifi.

It works great! Had an easy transition from a Windows 7 computer. Games that had quirky problems are now working as desired!

I bought this as a last minute purchase so that I could travel and still work. It's reliable and does what I need it to do.

I purchased this product, replacing a Lenovo touch screen that was given to me as a gift. I am very fond of the full keyboard with the 10-key pad, the touch screen is awesome and it folds into a tablet just as my Lenovo did. However, the camera features are horrible. I've only owned the HP Envy for about 2 months but the camera is not as good as the Lenovo. Very fuzzy and not very clear.... disappointed.
