Received this laptop as a gift for Christmas. It had been 5+years since upgrading. What a difference! Love the size of the screen, the lightweight laptop itself. The touch screen is awesome. That took less time to get to get use to than expected. Windows 10 is easy to navigate & the 12 gigs make this device very fast. I couldn't be happier with this laptop.

My wife buys a new laptop and then regrets not having spent a bit more almost annually. The build quality of some of the laptops we've gotten over the years has not been good. This machine is so different. It's solid, comfortable and fast. It comes with a full keyboard and plenty of processing power for her spreadsheets. I highly recommend it.

Bought this for college because I wanted something nice but not super expensive. It’s easy to use and I have had no problems with it.

I was looking for a laptop that had enough processor speed and memory to do video editing. I was surprised to find out that this had Cyberlink Video Producer on it. It's WiFi only, no cable connection to the Internet, but for the price, it functions beyond my expectations.

" so far " its been 3 weeks and I love my new HP Envy labtop , quick lighted keyboard, easy to use and believe it or not and I know I'm going to kick myself but, customer service has been excellent think this is first time I ever gave this good of rating but, best buy really made the whole process sooo easy hope it stays that way !!

Lightweight, lots of memory, touchscreen and easy to use!

I am loving this laptop. I mostly use a mouse rather than the touch feature as I mostly use it on my office desk. But when it is on my lap then that is a different story. At first I didn't want to get the touch version but I am glad I did. Very happy with the speed and all the memory it has. You will be very happy with this laptop.

When looking to replace our outdated laptop I went in and talked to a Best Buy worker. Our current laptop was a HP product and we have never had a problem with it so going with an HP again was easy. Love the touch screen, larger hard drive, and faster processor. It was easy to get it up and running and we are very happy with it.

First off I must say, this was an upgrade years in the making. Coming to Windows 10 from Vista home premium was a huge jump in speed from the start. But the amount of memory this unit has only makes it faster. Plenty good for my podcast recording and websurfing. My only real complaint is the low number of USB ports available for use.

Love the computer so far! So much faster than my last one.. I thought I had slow internet but turns out I had a slow computer! Very sleek, love the keyboard, very fast, pretty user friendly for someone that isn't very technologically savvy. And I love the Windows backgrounds every day when I turn it on- beautiful screen savers!

I like the weight, touch screen and the ease of use.

The envy is a very nice laptop. It connects easy to your wireless router even from long distance. its fast. The touch screen works way better than my last unit. the 1080p is nice. The folding hinge is solid and works well. The only bad point is the power button is located close to the hinge and I sometimes turn it off by accident.
