    I should have taken more time to look at this computer. I trusted the store clerk's answer when asked if I could look at DVD's with this computer. He said yes. There is NO place to insert a DVD or CD. I specifically wanted that feature to look at software programs. The computer also seems to lock up when left alone for a few minutes.

    If I could give this laptop 0 stars I would have. Bought the first one in May, the hard drive died three months later. Received a new one as an exchange. Hard drive died three months later. Best Buy was great to help me with the exchange. I was not going to try a third one. Instead I purchased a completely different laptop.
