I bought this because my business travels were taking me farther afield (like New Zealand and Australia), and I needed a workhorse...but not something that weighed like one! This machine has filled the bill, without breaking my back as it's carried hither and yon. FAST, and dependable, not a single issue since day 1.

overall very pleased with the purchase. a bit bulky so not recommended for continuous travel, or laying in bed to surf the web. Screen is very clear, very responsive to touch. Still getting use to the flat keyboard, but with time this should not be an issue. Lots of ports available to connect external drive, monitors, HDMI.

This computer meets my needs. Easy to use, able to have several apps open at a time. Fast enough for my needs

I bought this laptop during Thanksgiving holidays and got atleast one third off the original price which in my opinion is a great deal Things that I liked about the laptop so far - Core i5 processor, 7th Gen, no one gives a 7th gen processor at this price point - 12GB RAM, most ram we can get at this price point is 8 - 1TB HDD, although its a spinning drive, I can live with that for this price - Very nice 1080P display with responsive touch screen - Keys are nice, keyboard feels solid and they are backlit - B&O sound, sounds good from in built speakers as well as headphones - Overall build quality is nice, metal every where, competing laptops from DELL felt cheap and full of plastic and the screen result doesn't even come close - BEST, doesn't get hot even when using on the lap for prolonged period of time - Charger/ AC adapter is very small, size of an ipad charger - All the ports that you can think of, except VGA port, and thats fine - SD card reader - Touch pad is like Mac Pro, responsive, smooth and supports gestures Things not to like - At this price point, NOTHING

This laptop is used for internet access and basic productivity software (MS Word, Excel, and Publisher). The 12GB RAM and Intel processor provide for excellent Windows 10 performance, and 1TB drive is more than adequate.Touch screen is a nice feature. Bought on sale, so it is definitely a good value.

This laptop is amazinggggggg. It switches from laptop to tablet . And the touch screen is the best part.

It started with the great experience in the store. All the staff was extremely helpful. The laptop itself is light and fast, and I love the touchscreen. I have been using it fir almist a year now, and never had an issue with it. It’s my best study buddy and the entertainer all in one.

I was looking for a laptop for my law firm. Needed lots of memory because I save all electronic files and use of scanning and document creation is the new norm for lawyers. I didn't need a machine for gaming, but I DID want it lightweight enough to bring into court. Setup was easy and all my needs are met.

Bought this computer for a relative who is house bound and uses a computer for paying bills, shopping, and surfing the web. This computer was the perfect choice. This computer has the option of using your fingerprint to open the computer. The clarity of the screen is nice and crisp and the sound is good. Watching Netflix on the computer is a common thing for her to do and the computer doesn’t disappoint. Would recommend this computer.

Sounds obvious right? However, too many people buy something over powered and complain with price, or buy underpowered for a deal and complain it's too slow. Buy what is right for you, and I did with this. It works and does everything I need it to. Hard to beat that. I'm a tablet guy as they can now do nearly everything I need a "computer for". However, I still like laptops or PC's when it comes to writing documents or editing anything.

The sales consultant matched me to the perfect computer for me. I needed storage and working memory. I needed speed to complete work and reliability. I work with a variety of programs, but I'm not a sophisticated gamer. The computer is very user friendly, making my tasks much easier to complete.

Slim, lightweight touchscreen laptop. Lacks an on-board CD-R/W but a peripheral USB external DVD+RW/CD-RW can be had for low $$. Backlit keyboard is great for low level room light or when outside in the dark. Very fast microprocessor! Comes with Windows 10 and many links to pre-selected apps.

I use this laptop as a self employed consultant. It works great. Fast and easy to figure out

The fact that I bought 3 of the same should be an indication of how much I really like this laptop. The only thing I don't like is that there isn't a CD drive. Otherwise, I love it. I like that it was very inexpensive and I love the the 2 in one and touch screen.

This is my first new laptop in over 10 years, so read my review through the lens of someone who gets to see a shiny new object for the first time. It's thin and lightweight. The keys aren't like many laptops that tend to get stuck or are too easily pressed. Good battery life, too.

purchased at best buy tech people converted info from my existing laptop to new,did great job . hp support helped with some set up questios and were polite and knowledgeable..My wife a beginner on computors finds it easy to use and is comfortable with it. Ifind it fast and efficent

I bought this laptop for my Dad after trading in his iPad. He wanted something that he could do touch-screen as well as type. This fits perfectly for him. The price was about right for the technical specs in this PC. My Dad is hooked onto this 8 hours a day. P.S. he is retired.
