Disappointing

I let the salesman talk me into spending $800 on this laptop that I didn't even want in the first place. He said the all in one was a cheap model and I wouldn't be happy with the fact that I can't move it around like a laptop.i told him that I already have an iPad and iPhone so I probably wouldn't have a need for the mobility of a laptop. I'm just looking for something to print coupons and keep a few files on. He told me this computer was super fast. It is anything but that. I thought for the kind of money that I spent, it would be an incredible computer. It is slow to boot and locks up almost every time I try to search for a website or open an app. The battery doesn't last very long at all. I wish my 14 days wasn't up so I could take it back. I have an $800 paper weight.

Hp Envy

Everytime i use it, it’s always doing an update, and when i tried to do a restore factory settings, after waiting for an hour, it keeps on saying error. It’s my dust collector. Got me a Mac instead.
