This Everyday paper works great with no paper jams in my HP Laser printer.

The HP MultiPurpose20 printer paper is the best value for the price. I’ve been using it for years and have never had paper jams due to pages sticking together. Print quality and clarity is excellent. Highly recommend.

Deceptive trade practices by Best Buy. This paper was advertised as a case for $12.49 and they shipped out single reams for $12.49 and refuse to honor the original listing. They then offered no solution on making it easy to return the items a lot of the items that were received. They shipped an individual bags, not boxes so by the time it was delivered, the reams have busted it open. Then when I returned it to Best Buy, they gave me grief about the bus to open Ring saying that they couldn’t accept those back because they were open and then I heard that the employees were gonna take the open rings home since they couldn’t be re-sold. So congratulations Best Buy. You lost a customer you lost money on the reams that you sold and the reams that were shipped busted open we’re going home with the employees.

Wish I could give a negative rating! The product I received had drastically incorrect details compared to what was advertised. The product title, description, and images all stated the item was a 5,000 sheet/carton, but I only received 500 sheets—a 90% difference from the promised quantity. When I contacted customer care, I was instructed to drop the item off at a return location 20 miles from my home to process a refund. I am unwilling to expend my time and money to return an item that was incorrectly fulfilled by your company. Eventually I ended up disputing the payment

Great paper for copy!! everyday is ultra white and excellent!

I’ve been using HPMultipurpose Ultra White Paper for several years and am sold on the quality. Other brands just don’t measure up in print clarity.

The advertisement stated ten (10) teams of paper which is 5000 sheets not 500 sheets. The picture even had ten (10) reams. So when only 500 sheets were delivered instead of 5000, I was terribly disappointed. I need the nine (9) missing teams. Actually 18 because I ordered two (2) cases of ten.

Horrible experience I paid for cases of paper. I could tell by the weight that I wasn’t getting what I paid for when I called Best Buy. They assured me I was getting cases over and over again. What a ride was reams not cases. I sent all of them back. FedEx picked him right back up off my porch. Beware of Best Buy’s deals they do not stand by them!

misleading advertising!!!! my confirmation was a case which i have screen shots of and only got 1 packet. when i called customer service it was keep or return. Hello. I don’t live near a Best Buy which I explained to them. that is why I had it delivered!!!!! Never again will I order my things from you all.
