Customer Ratings & Reviews

The latest printer from HP is quieter than the previous model. Quick print jobs. I have only had this for a few months but so far so good. I like the color variations. I suppose I was tired of the beige printer. It is larger than other HP models I have owned - not a downside just a fact. The shelf is a bit short but we make it work. I haven't had issues with the printer disconnecting from network. I have no objections to this latest printer. Happy we bought it. I have not printed photos as of late but planning on it. I feel confident the prints will be good for home photos.

The HP LaserJet Pro 4301fdw Wireless Color All-in-One Laser Printer is an amazing addition to my home office setup. I needed a reliable laser printer to complement my inkjet, and I couldn’t be happier with its performance so far. The speed and print quality are exceptional. For my small business, this printer handles label printing with ease, producing sharp, professional results every time. The setup was straightforward, and the wireless functionality makes it incredibly convenient to print from multiple devices without any hassle. What’s even more reassuring is that my husband, who works in the military, uses these printers at his workplace, and they’re trusted for their durability and efficiency. It’s clear that the HP LaserJet Pro 4301fdw is built to handle both home and professional environments seamlessly. Whether you’re running a small business, printing labels, or just need a dependable all-in-one printer, this is a fantastic choice. The combination of speed, quality, and ease of use makes it worth every penny. Highly recommended!

The HP MFP 4301 is a fantastic printer that delivers on quality, speed, and versatility. The print quality is sharp and professional, and its fast, efficient performance handles high-volume tasks with ease. Setup is simple, and the intuitive touchscreen and wireless connectivity make it user-friendly. The multifunction features—printing, scanning, and copying—work flawlessly, and its compact, durable design fits perfectly in any workspace. With economical toner usage and reliable performance, this printer is an excellent choice for both home and office use. Highly recommended!

We are just a small shop that needed an office duty printer. This is a great printer that is between the $300 to $950 printers that are meant for small offices. We paid $550 and it came with full sized toners. Great software, seemed large, similar to Brother's bloated software. It just works the first time on setup across the network. Consumable pricing are what you expect for units this size. Great purchase and value

Had an OfficeJet 9120 which was horrible, so the bar was low. The unit was easy set up, we have both Mac’s and PCs. Easy phone printing. The print is sharp and crisp. We have not had to buy ink yet, so there is that ahead. It is a more expensive set up and it’s bulky.

I purchased this printer and it had two outstanding options. First, it has the option to purchase the additional HP Color Laser Jet 550 Shet Paper Trary for $199.00 from HP. See the included picture to see how it looks once installed. Second, it has the option to hold print jobs until a PIN is entered at the printer for privacy. To enable this feature you will need a 16GB USB drive plugged into the back. I purchased a separate 32GB Sandisk USB drive for mine and it works perfectly. I tested it on both my Mac and Windows 11 systems and the PIN feature works on both. For the Mac be sure to install the HP Easy Start App and enable the "HP driver." The print quality is excellent as it is a Color Laser printer and I recommend HP paper I use the HP BrightWhite24 paper for my printer. I am very happy with the printer and it is well worth the money I spent on it. I expect to get years of use out of it. I hope everyone found this review helpful and informative.

The MFP4301fdw was purchased to replace another model returned. The new printer is able to produce booklet output and the quality of the documents is great. I had to contact HP to get a more advanced driver, which provides additional printer options. If you are not satisfied with the printer’s output, I would suggest contacting HP for support. While the Geek Squad technicians were extremely busy professional, they may not to have the most advanced knowledge to meet your needs.

Excellent printer especially for the price. For the longest time, maybe nearly 15 to 18 years I've wanted my own laser printer at home. However, their price was always way too expensive for me to afford. I bought this printer on Cyber Monday for a great sale price and have enjoyed using it every since. It was very easy to set up and so easy to use. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a top quality laser printer.

This is the best pronters i had ever bought! This printer has a higher yield than the competitors. It is so fast that i love it with a monthly use of 3,500 pages of paper per month. I will only use HP because of the market segment in hospitals and schools! Team HP!

This printer is very good if you are looking for a medium-sized at-home business printer. The print quality and speed is good. I returned this printer only because the duplex scanning process was more complicated than another printer I tried. Otherwise, simple scanning is also quick and easy.

The product works well, but construction is definitely consumer level hardware. For example, the plastic arm/hinges that hold the front toner door appear to be a weak point in the product. Luckily you don't open this area often so I may be worried about something that isn't a real issue. Overall the product performs well. I bought it to scan directly to a network drive and it is working great.

Easy to unpack and set up. Works well with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS. Print quality is outstanding. The two-sided scanning capability is what sold me on this model.

This all in one printer is amazing! It is so fast, so easy to set up and has clear colorful pages. The printer is quite large but I found a place that is out of the way. I switched from an inkjet to a laser printer. I will never go back!

EAZY SETUP , NICE COLOR FOR OFFICE , WORKS GREAT FOR MY SMALL BUSINESS, GREAT PRICE,, LOT OF SUPPORT ON YOUTUBE

I like the features and top notch specs that come with an HP LaserJet printer. Unmatched quality and control of functions. Top notch for home office user.

Grate printer grate material and quality fast and easy to operate

This has been a very solid choice. Reliable and capable. While photo/design printing is better than any other home office printer I’ve had, the photo quality could be better on this printer.

This is an excellent all in one color laser. Prints are outstanding. Easy to set up. Small footprint. Great value for the price.

I really appreciate the opportunity to use this copier. It is extremely professional in quality and has impressed clients when I send one of our business printed pages. I truly recommend this product especially if you have a small business that depends on everyday color printing.
