Very versatile. Fits conveniently onto limited desk space. Would be better if there was a more complete printed manual with the device.

This compact printer goes with me on the road and prints great B/W documents. The toner cartridges last much longer than ink jet cartridges and the copies stay clear and legible.

Turns its self off after a period of time. It replaced a HP 11102w and I put it back in use. Also does not support my Apple Mcbook Air.

As a CPA, I comfortably say this was a good value. The setup was within my abilities and it turns itself off when not in use for a period of time.

These are cute little printers. They work without any issues so far.

This item does not automatically detect wi-fi and is difficult to hook up to wi-fi. There are plenty of machines that do.

I ll not buy any hp product.My printer aws working then we moved the new location and I cannot connect my device to wifi and I couldnt get any support from HP.

They give you a CD to install drivers but if you have a Mac like I do, you can't use a CD. So you go on HP's website and search for the drivers, and after finally finding and downloading it, you have trouble getting everything to connect. After several resets and restarts, you finally get this printer to connect through the USB with the help of an Apple care agent (thank you Apple for the rescue because you cannot reach HP through the phone and have to pay for assistance). Now you need to set up the wireless connect. Apple care tries to assist but they cannot and you need to reach out to HP. I did not want to pay for a plan so I turned to Best Buy Geek Squad for assistance setting up this printer wirelessly, since I bought the product from them. I am told that AGAIN I need to buy a plan. Mind you the plan rates begin at higher prices then the actual printer, and all I want to do is an initial setup for wireless printing! This is insane. Now despite the fact that I actually like this printer for it's basic use of quick printing, I want to be able to use the features it includes like printing wirelessly off of your phone without having to pay 2x the price of the printer just to get help getting that done. It seems it's made difficult intentionally to make money through the service sector. Who knows, but I am definitely disappointed.
