My first Omen I have and continue to have a great non-headache experience. This machine has been 8 hours of real pain trying to load. Horrible experience. I just hope someone from Best Buy can get this machine wrinkle free. I'm just so thankful that I have my MacBook Pro to work on and continue business with. I bought this Omen for the hardware and speed for business. I can't even get it to load apps or read jump drives. So far a total waste of time and money.

Great PC

Easy to set up. Very quiet, Not loaded with a lot of random apps I would never use. Much faster startup than my Dell XPS 8940. We use the unit as a home office pc.
