Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’ve always bought the HP brand for computers. I bought this one because it had a bigger screen. It had enough storage for what I needed. The price for what I got I thought was reasonable. It’s quiet when typing. Has the number keypad with the keyboard. I use it for a home based business as well as personal. The only thing it doesn’t have is the touch screen or cd but it’s not a deal breaker.

Love how big the screen is. It makes it easy to do my school work and play games. Its also very responsive and snappy! Very light to hold too!

Fast, reliable, and easy to use. The large screen is great for multitasking, and it handles everything I need for work without slowing down. Very happy with this purchase.

First of all thank you to the guys at best buy for helping me get the right product and save a ton of money. Literally told me to come back in three days and I saved $500. The laptop is exactly what I need for business and personal use. Love the copilot . Still getting used to all the new technology. Which is fun.

I bought this laptop for my wife so she could work online (make calls with dialers) and it is just perfect. It has a good 5G Wifi receiver. The fan is silent, it has a big screen, the OS is fast, it has a nice processor, good 16GB Ram and enough SSD space. The speakers are low but enough to watch some movies on a closed room. You don't get a reflection on the screen so that's nice when working with a lot of light around. The only thing that I did not like is that the free Norton antivirus gift from Best Buy (for purchasing this computer) is that is not compatible on my region.

Battery is a champ and easy to carry and charge on the go.

I purchased this product as a replacement for my mother’s old laptop which recently died. It has performed extremely well and I have no complaints. The ability to swap out ram modules was an essential factor I was looking for and I can’t wait to upgrade to 32gb of ram soon!

I love my laptop. Very easy to use. Light weight and sleek. I highly recommend this model can’t go wrong buying this one.

Tap key seems a little touchy and large have to be carful not to lay fingers on lower part of key board

This laptop is a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient computer. It offers fast performance for web browsing, office tasks, video streaming, and multitasking with ease. The screen provides clear, vibrant visuals, while the responsive keyboard and large touchpad make daily use comfortable. Its sturdy construction gives it a premium feel, and the battery life is dependable for work or school throughout the day. Setup is quick, and the overall experience is smooth and user-friendly. Combining solid performance, portability, and durability, this laptop delivers excellent value and is well suited for both personal and professional use.

I purchased this laptop on sale ($799) and for that price, the laptop has incredible value. In the current market, 17 inch laptops are almost non-existent at a decent price point so to find this one with the specs that it had with at least 16GB of RAM with the price of memory these days was an absolute steal. I actually purchased this laptop for a client for use in a small office environment and so far, they have been very happy with the performance. Setup using Windows Backup from a previous desktop used in the office was effortless and easily cut over an hour or more from the setup of the computer. Performance is smooth (despite being a 2025 model), apps start up with no delay and the large real estate make it easy to work on for the staff member that I purchased it for who was used to using a 23" monitor in a desktop. Ports are plenty (HDMI, 2 USB-C, 2 USB-A) and the keyboard is very comfortable and easy to type on. The battery (only a measly 3-cell, 41Wh unit) is a little under below average for a laptop in this price range, although there is talk of the newer Intel chips being more energy-efficient. Since this laptop will likely spend a good portion of time plugged into a wall source at my client's location, it won't matter for my purposes but may matter for others looking at this unit. Affordable 17.3" consumer or small-business oriented laptops are a challenge to find in today's market since what I've noticed is that the 16" format has largely supplanted that space. Since I had previously bought 17.3" laptops for this client on multiple occasions, I chose to stick with that format. However, if that weren't a limitation, it's very likely I would have sought out a 16" alternative that had comparable specs. I will rate this computer 5 stars since the build quality, port selection, functionality and price that I bought it for justified a competitive offering. But for it's actual retail price (~$1099), it becomes harder to justify the purchase given that many more plentiful alternatives with better battery life and performance in 16" form factors are available that may be cheaper or comparable in price. If a number pad and larger screen real estate are important to you, then this may be a good fit, but if you are willing to sacrifice on one or both of those criteria, other alternatives may be your better bet.

I've been using my laptop for several months now.And it has been wonderful , it has a long battery life and the processor is very fast. I am using it for work and school. I am able to run multiple applications without the speed slowing down. It's very user-friendly and i am very satisfied with my purchase. The customer service experience his been great as well. I have called twice to ask questions related to my laptop and the issues were resolved quickly.

The price was very fair. It is very easy to use and as someone who uses numbers/calculations a lot, it is nice to have the numeric keypad off to the right. The screen size is perfect and it is lightweight to transport. There is nothing I have found about it that I do not like.

This laptop is very great, it has given me a wonderful experience, I use it for my everyday life and the features it has are great, for example great speed, battery time and also the screen size, this laptop has made me very comfortable and i recomend it!

I’ve been very impressed with this HP OmniBook 3. The 17.3-inch Full HD display is large, bright, and perfect for multitasking, streaming, and everyday work. The Intel Core Ultra 7 processor paired with 16GB of RAM keeps everything running smoothly, even with multiple applications and browser tabs open. The 512GB SSD provides fast boot times and plenty of storage for my files. The Mica Silver finish gives the laptop a clean, premium look, and the keyboard is comfortable for extended typing sessions. Overall, it’s a great combination of performance, screen size, and value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable laptop for work, school, or home use.

So far everything has worked great, we upgraded so it is faster and the battery last longer. We are happy we purchased this one.

Works well, though a little slow to load when turned on. Has been good for multiple video conference meetings a day, 5 days a week. Screen size is great. Holds a charge well.

This laptop is great! I'm enjoying the speed at which it performs. The laptop is light enough to move room to room with no bother. I like the fact that the lighted keyboard feature (new to me) can be turned off if desired. The keyboard has a good feel to it and the transition in typing is smooth. Amazing how much faster the work is getting done now!

The 17.3-inch display provides an incredible amount of screen space, making multitasking and working on detailed spreadsheets or documents effortless. Paired with the Intel Core Ultra 7 processor and 16GB of RAM, everything runs incredibly fast without lag. The 512GB SSD gives plenty of storage for daily use. It's sleek, powerful, and ideal if you want a true desktop replacement!

The laptop is fast, easy to use, and the large 17.3-inch screen is great for work and everyday tasks. Performance has been smooth, and I’m very happy with it so far.
