The laptop is great overall. However, they keyboard is shifted about 1/2 a key to the left of center to accommodate the large number keypad. This is difficult to get used to, but not the end of the world. I wish they had made the number pad smaller and put the keyboard in a normal hand position.

BestBuy shipped free to my house on schedule. Product is as advertised. The keyboard keys are flat instead of raised and it is taking a while to get my fingers accustomed to landing on right key.

Nice laptop, just wish it had more usb ports and an internal dvd drive but it’s been functioning well.

The computer is great, but the video promo is misleading. The Copilot app can't do any of the commands mentioned in the video. I spent 1 hour with technical support and they didn't know how to fixed it. I might have to return it. Very disappointed.

I was good laptop but screen was little blurry and keyboard had little bump. That’s why I returned it.

My nephew who works in cyber security suggested this for my daughter. He said it's a good one all around

Touch pad is a bit over responsive and seems to stay in contact after scrolling or pointing when you remove your finger; i.e. highlights the page when moving across. Satisfied overall with just short time I have used it.

this Hp- touch screen laptop is better and latest to use current technology.
