Hp Pavillion is a great product. I cant believe how thin and light it is. Really impressed with the looks of this laptop. Lots of storage space and processor speed doesn't let me down,

My daughter needed an upgrade for school. But because she needed extra space beyond an SSD drive, this was a great alternative

Very nice laptop, with all the bells and whistles you'd want. Runs fast and efficient and does everything it is asked to do. No problems and would buy it again.

I bought it as a gift for my brother, it’s very slim and the screen display looks awesome, the 1 Tb memory helps a lot.

I purchased this to teach this past semester and found that it is light weight, easy to use and has a very nice camera. Nice amount of memory and very responsive.

It’s a great Laptop, I use for studying.It’s fast the capacity is good.The display is huge, camera great for online classes.

I had a Toshiba laptop for several years with no issues. Still have it now. But wanted a newer laptop so decided to get an HP since there wasn't any Toshiba available that I like. After having the laptop for over a year it started making a clicking sound. Then one day the laptop turns on but the screen remains black. Turns out the hard drive was damaged and needed replacement. Spent $200. A laptop shouldn't need any repair after having it for over a year. I use it lightly for browsing and not for gaming. Honestly, I barely use it much. So disappointed that it needed repair ap soon.

The laptop is great works fine the only thing I would suggest is more USB ports.

So far I love my laptop. No issues and everything works correctly.

Good buy Easy to manipulate- I am recommending to a friend to purchase from Best Buy- even though you do not have in the store

Need training for the sales people more,because they dont explain the extra item came why the item,the lapton is excellent
