I had a prior All-In-One HP but after almost 10 years it was time to replace it. The new one has a bigger screen, is a lot faster, and is lighter. The new keyboard has a better feeling but I which it back light keys.

Excellent computer for the money. We have used this pc for about 6 weeks, the monitor is a nice size, the processor is fast, and the pc has a luxury look to it. The wireless mouse and keyboard are also a plus.

Easy to set up, very fast to run. My wife is thrilled with her new computer. Some complain about the lack of storage, so keep that in mind when you buy. It suits our needs and I can easily attach a USB drive for backups.

Easy to set up! Large, vivid HD display! Fast i7 processor and SSD works well together. Can easily handle multiple tasks and the touch screen comes in handy when least expected!

Purchased this beauty and so glad I did. The keyboard is lite and feels great, the color of is great, it's quick and easy to use. I highly recommend this Intel Core i7 All-In-One.

This HP 27" computer is slick. Very fast, easy to set up. Brilliant screen. Improved my productivity substantially. Best computer I have ever owned.

This computer has it all. Very Fast- Works Great! Easy to set up. Love that the new mouse works without a mouse pad. Keyboard touch is nice & touch screen is very nice.

The unit is very stylish, takes very little space compared to my old desktop and monitor. With intel i7, 12gb ram and a solid state drive, this unit flies!

I thought the screen might be to big, but it brings everything to life. I was also very use to a laptop versus a desktop so that was an adjustment. It actually made me more discipline with time management so this was probably a really good move :). It's fast, compact, no wires all over the place, just really everything I was looking for. We run a Food Truck, so I can't be worried about the technology or software I'm using - it has to be dependable. I would highly recommend the HP family to anyone looking for computers - they are very supportive with any issue.

Pros: - Very easy to use out of the box, just plug and play. - A lot of ports. It has both HDMI in and out ports, so I could use it as a second monitor for my work laptop. - Compact and sleek-looking. - I'm pretty pleased with the screen size and quality so far. Cons: - Speaker and camera quality could be better for a device at this price point... I was also under the impression that there would be facial recognition for sign-in options but there wasn't. - Cheap keyboard and mouse so I don't use them. Overall, a solid choice for a personal or office desktop, but I expected the camera and speaker to be better at this price point.

Loved that all I had to do is take it out of the box and plug it in. It is fast, the screen is a touch screen, and I haven't had a single problem.

I recently purchased this all-in-one HP Pavilion PC for working from home. I have limited desk space so this was a great solution. I was first considering an iMac; however, I’m glad I went with the HP instead as it provided all of the same specifications at a much more affordable price. I also love the size of the 27” screen & fast processor: excellent for running CAD programs including 3D rendering, and can easily handle running multiple applications simultaneously. An all around great desktop PC!

Glad I bought this. This is an upgrade. Keyboard is small, but it is not light and cheap. I was planning on using my own when I bought this, but the kb is heavy and solid and sturdy, and small is good on my busy desk. I like the huge screen. Very bright. I wish some of the USB plugs were more accessible like on the front or sides, and it would be good if the headphone socket was on the front as I plug and unplug that all the time. Overall high price but very good.

I love Best Buy! The curbside pick up is a great idea and Best Buy does it right! I haven't had a new Desktop in over 15 years and this was a great purchase! I will use it for normal every things like email, writing resumes, and checking the latest news. The computer is slick in its design and easy to use. Thank you Best Buy employees for all your great work!

I was amazed at the picture quality , speed and is easy to navigate thru . I love the all in one. No more annoying tower.

The all in one which I purchased is a great improvement over the other computer which I had. Nice to know it has great graphics, great sound. Runs games pretty much flawlessly. Love that the camera can be hidden away if needed to be. Wireless mouse and keyboard is also a great upgrade over wired. Would recommend for people who don't mind it does not have incredible amounts of space. Everything else is just great on this product.

Pros. - Handles tasks quickly and efficiently. - Nice screen quality - Has HDMI inputs for hooking up video game consoles or other computers - Touchscreen input - Camera drops down to maintain privacy Cons. - Lack of storage - All of the ports are awkwardly positioned on the back of the screen. - The Bluetooth appears to be slow to turn on as my 3rd party Bluetooth keyboard and mouse don’t start working until the computer has been on for a few minutes (which also results in an alarming error every boot about no keyboard being attached). - Lack of upgradeability. Meh. - Sound quality from the integrated speaker is okay, but it’s nothing to write home about. This is a great computer for media consumption and productivity. I wouldn’t recommend it for gaming though, and the lack of internal storage means that you’ll be relying on external and cloud storage to get by. This computer handles very well. This configuration didn’t miss a beat with any of the tasks that I threw at it. Unfortunately, while the internal hard drive is very fast, it’s also fairly small. At 256GB, you’ll be relying on cloud storage or external drives to hold things like your music or video libraries. I also experienced a small problem with my Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. I opted to swap out the mouse and keyboard that came with this computer in favor of my preferred Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. The mouse and keyboard that came with this computer were perfectly fine, but my Bluetooth set is better. Unfortunately, the Bluetooth doesn’t seem to want to turn on right away. The computer has to be on for a full minute or so before the Bluetooth wants to connect. This results in an alarming error message at the bios screen when you first boot telling you that a keyboard or mouse input hasn’t been detected. After it connects, everything appears to work just fine. I love the fact that this computer comes with HDMI inputs. I love that I can hook up a gaming console or other device to this computer and use it as a monitor. That is EXTREMELY cool and convenient. It should be noted that the touchscreen doesn’t work over HDMI. If you hookup another computer to this display, the touchscreen won’t work for it. The computer doesn't have a dedicated graphics card, and it isn't really made for gaming. Light gaming on older titles at low settings would probably be fine, but don't expect this to be a gaming powerhouse. It is a solid productivity workhorse though. This computer also has an integrated webcam that drops behind the display so that you can maintain your privacy (note: the microphone continues to work while the camera is dropped down). The integrated speaker . . . is meh. Honestly, it was a little disappointing. I’ve heard better, but I’ve heard worse too. All in all, for web browsing, photo editing, word processing and media consumption, this computer is great.

This computer really saved me once all classes were moved online. The screen size is perfect - not too big or small. I use it mostly for designing websites for a class but it's great for watching videos or playing games as well. Its the fastest computer I've ever used. The sound quality isn't the greatest, but it's not that big of a deal for what I need it for. Overall, I love this computer and don't have a bad thing to say about it.

I have been thoroughly enjoying my purchase. It was easy to set up, and i'm enjoying how spaciously wide the monitor is. I was looking for a white computer that wasn't Macintosh, so this was excellent for my white/pink/rainbow desktop aesthetic display. It's a plus if you don't like a bulky setup. This one is pretty clean and straight-forward.
