    I decided to purchase it because I needed a new and better performing computer and I've always had pleasant experiences with refurbished products. So far I'm very happy with the purchase. It arrived faster than scheduled and I like how it performs. I don't regret going with a refurbished product.

    Honestly my IT Guy just installed it yesterday ! I really haven’t had a chance to use it that much but so far all is good ! After being without a computer for over a month it was nice to be able to enter our Clients Data

    The picture is what I ordered. I received something else completely. The machine I received is not as the tower pictured. It is a skinny HP that is made to lay flat. I feel Best Buy misrepresented the product.
