Great product and experience at Best Buy on possibly the worst shopping day in America (Black Friday). This computer was a good buy and I'm glad I purchased it. Fast and sleek fits it any bag I'm carrying while traveling. :)

First of all this thing comes boxed in very nice packaging and looks really high tech when you open it. When I received this laptop, I was pretty excited because finally something with some good specs. Intel I7 processor, 256gb, B&O sound system and 8gb ram for this small unit. I have been pretty impressed with it overall. It's lightweight, portable and boots up pretty quickly. Now, if it came with something besides Windows 10, it would be even better. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because, the specs aside, I'm not sure that its worth $1150 bucks. Overall, this unit would be good for beginners and more advanced users alike. I pretty much keep it in my living room, so if I feel the urge to look something up, I can do so pretty quickly with this. The battery life is pretty good as well. The most impressive thing about this laptop is the Bang & Olufsen speakers. For something this small, the sound was amazing. Don't expect to get much low end (bass), but the mids and highs are fantastic. Best speakers I have heard on any laptop, let alone one with this small of a footprint.

Need a new thin book - replacing 4 year old Samsung thin laptop. The Spectre fit the bill nicely. Bought one for my wife for Christmas - then another one for me!

This computer is very convenient. Screen size is good for spreadsheets, reading financial reports, and prints. And this computer is lightweight so great for traveling and conference room meetings.

The HP Spectre is a reliable computer. It is light and easy to carry to and between classes. It has great options and I am enjoying using this computer for my final two years of college.

Ran great for the first 9 months. After that, however, the screen started getting dark on the right side. I noticed that it was popping out slightly (I hadn't dropped it or anything) on the bottom right so I took it in figuring that it would be an easy fix. 3 weeks later they told me they couldn't fix it and that I would need to get a new computer. I wouldn't get this unless you were willing to risk it breaking down in a few months.

This is honestly the best laptop i have ever used and/or owned. Fast, well-built and efficiently designed. no regrets except maybe on the price...but plan to use it for years and years.

This computer is sleek and very fast. However, I have experienced a couple gliches related to the Microsoft app store and registration process.

My first Spectre computer wouldn't charge correctly, but BB gave me a replacement as soon as I took it in. It is light weight, my favorite feature, and I love the touch screen.

The HP Spectre X360 is overall an excellent product. It brings to the table a very sleek and compact design that is both elegant and simple. The computer also has a very comfortable feel when using in laptop or tablet mode. The i7 latest processor is lighting fast. The combination of the i7 and SSD require a mere seconds to go from completely shut down to functional web browsing. Plus, the battery life, and charging time are great (currently getting over 10 hours of use per charge). The Spectre X360 also has flawless transition from computer to tablet mode and vice versa. Both result in a great user experience, whether you are doing work or research, or are just playing a game or browsing the web. By far the best computer I have owned, and a big step in the right direction for HP.

Overall, I am very happy with this product. It does when i need it to. I love how it bends all the way back and how fast it is. I like the facial recognition too.

I'm a college student, so I use my computer for almost everything you can think of. I simultaneously run Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Spotify, and Google Chrome, and this computer still runs smooth. I've had an HP in the past, and it was a slow computer from the start because it wasn't among the highest on the specs scale. With that, I decided it was time for an upgrade. The battery life on this computer is very good. It'll last about 2 days with intermittent use (I turn my brightness down low). Overall, this is a solid computer for the student or professional who isn't a Mac fan.

One of the better laptops I've owned. Build quality is excellent. Unit has a little wobble when using the touch screen but is expected being a 2-in-1.

I am very pleased with the purchase! The battery life is not less than 8 hours. Very pleasant to the touch and is quite powerful with its low weight.

I did my due diligence while looking for the laptop and decided to seal the deal at a local Best Buy store (Benton Harbor, MI location). Jason was most helpful and attentive, listened to my entire list of "wants" and suggested few models. Although I ended up with totally different from my original research laptop, I cannot be more happier! Love this baby to pieces! It has everything I wished for and I used it daily for both home and work needs. Will definitely go back to the store should I need another item to choose! What a great job Jason did!

Bought this for my wife, she loves it, it's ultra portable, seems fast, nice screen but the hard drive is kinda small but it serves its purpose...

I would give this computer and outstanding rating but I've had some early operating instability issues with it. In addition the face recognition mode only seems to function intermittently and I find myself resorting to my multi stroke password most of the time. Software patches pushed by HP seem to have stabilized the PC and it functions better so later purchasers may not encounter some of these issues. In short better than MAC Air capability for the Microsoft world.

Very fast and efficient. Keyboard takes a bit of getting used to but all new ones do. Love the support from Geek Squad. Graphics are phenomenal.

so far a good experience. battery life was important and is good unless running many things at once including video as I often do. I may have an issue with the battery as it seems to discharge rapidly (over about 3 days) while completely shut off. old laptop held 90-100% for a month or more while shut off>

This PC boots really fast and is super thin and lightweight. So far, I've been pleased with the performance.
