Overall a nice computer

The buttons are a little noisy while typing but this is minor compared to how it performs. I'm not computer savvy but I really like how fast everything operates. Great screen picture and slides well when used as tablet. You shouldn't be disappointed but this thing isn't cheap either, my expectations were high when I saw how much it cost me. I've enjoyed it so far.

Best laptop I have ever owned but with somcomplica

It had very severe freezing problem, was sent to HP twice but the problem was not solved. A recent BIOS update solved the problem for me, and since then laptop is running as smooth as it can. I don't have very heavy usage, but i never felt lagging. Things work as they are supposed to, I am satisfied. Will buy again in future.

Great laptop

Originally we thought we would buy him a Mac but when we compared the features and price, we went with this unit at perhaps half the price of a comparable Macbook. It is extremely light and the screen can turn 180 degree so you can have tablet functionality. My son really likes the touch screen as well. Set up was quick with no problems. Overall we have been extremely happy.
