I thought for sure this laptop was going to be the one. It had all the specs I was looking for and it is just not impressive at all. It's a decent product but for the price it should deliver more. It's not even touchscreen. It's not fast. I can't have multiple processes going at the same time. It lacks the power and response that I was looking for. I hope I can return this and a few other things I purchased that day. It's just too much money for not a lot of bang.

This computer is awesome the power it has, how fast it works , has made using it a breeze. Also the price I paid was well worth it. I never brought a open box item and the item was it such a good condition I was amazed with it.
I would recommend this to a friend
