You can't get professional service to assist with fixing or exchanging it. Best Buy requires you to pay more for a new item after receiving a damaged item.

Front wheel issue

After a few rides and barely use, the front wheels cannot make a left turn at all for no reason. There was no impact, no accident, no abnormal ride that could make the issue. I tried to reset it but unsuccessfully. There was no response from the manufacturer yet after making a warranty claim. Would not recommended!
