It appears to be made of Cheap material, and the tires don't work properly. You can't get professional service to assist with fixing or exchanging it. Best Buy requires you to pay more for a new item after receiving a damaged item.

Doesn’t drive straight

Really disappointed and returned after using one time the car is really hard to control as it keep going to one side and the steering had something wrong with it.

Front wheel issue

I bought it as a gift for my little boy in Christmas! After a few rides and barely use, the front wheels cannot make a left turn at all for no reason. There was no impact, no accident, no abnormal ride that could make the issue. I tried to reset it but unsuccessfully. There was no response from the manufacturer yet after making a warranty claim. Would not recommended!
