It is a great investment! I use it 1-2 times a day after a workout or just before bed. Definitely helps relaxes the lower back. There are a couple things I wished it had. 1. Ability to adjust the temperature more than low, med, or high. Cannot feel low setting. Med is okay. High gets pretty hot. 2. Adjustment of the intensity.

I was hesitant getting this at first with all of the reviews. We called someone who had one and only had good things to say. My daughter is an athlete and has scoliosis, so sometimes she gets some back spasms. This has made a huge difference for her. She loves it and takes it with her every where. Now I am looking to buy one for myself. Only downside it is hard to see controls outside on a sunny day.

Price was good (there was a sale). But it’s been helping with the back pain I have after working around the house or standing on my feet all day. It’s helped me tolerate the pain I have. I’m saving for the knee one as well!

It’s okay. It does get very hot. Only 3 different vibration sequences and my back gets annoyed from all 3. Quality doesnt seem to be that good. 1 of the 4 lights only comes on once in a while. Twice it has died immediately following a full charge.

Excellent product to help loosen up the lower back with heat and vibration. Good battery life, vibration/heat could be more intense. Wish there were 6 vibration/heat elements instead of only 4. My unit control interface works fine. Don't have issues with the touch screen as others have.

Where has this been all my life. Someone with major back problems would appreciate this gem. Well worth the money and come highly recommend if you have even minor back problems you will love this purchase

This device is great for use after and before workouts or games. I use this device every time I am involved with an activity. It helps keeps the muscles loose. Great product!

Works great if you can actually turn it on. Takes multiple attempts. I actually returned the first unit because I thought it was broke. No help from Hyperice after contacting them. Also very hard to turn off!

Love the heat it produced while massaging. Very relaxing and put me to sleep most of the time.

Does what it's supposed to do. I work for a courier service, so my back gets tight quite often. I needed this a long time ago

I have minor back issues and this really helps in the morning to start the day. It helps before and after workouts.

Bought as a Christmas gift. We used on a 1000 mile trip to keep the back loose. The thing definitely works great. Only complaint would be the size of the control.

Heat function is great. Wish you could change the timer. It’s set at 20 minutes and can’t change that at all. Vibration could be slightly more intense.

This is one of my favorite purchases as someone who has sciatica. I’ve tried so many different products and spent thousands on chiropractors and this works wonders for me. It also helps relive stiff muscles such as the neck/shoulder area.

Great massage device! Long last battery and extremely good quality. I just wish you could either use only the heat or massage separate. Unfortunately you have to have both on at the same time.

This is a great unit. Heat is very nice! Very easy to use.

Pressure and battery could be better. Also if you have a dog or cat expect all the hair in the house to stick to this one device
