Q: What is this used for? What are its functions? Why is it $249?
A: It works like a deep tissue massager to relieve aching muscles and prevents muscle cramps. I find after using this, I don't get muscle cramps anymore after my exercise. It relieves my aching shoulder, neck, and lower back after all day of sitting behind my desk. My wife uses to relieve her lower back pain. My teenage daughter uses it to relieve sore muscles after her soccer practice and games. The reason for the high price comparing to other massager is that it works better than any else out there. The motor is so strong that I rarely use it above it's lowest setting.
Q: Can this be used to easy period cramps
A: Hi there! It is intended for the back, but we have heard about customers getting relief for that as well!
Q: Would this help with relief from Sciatic pain
A: It will definitely help but it won't cure your symptoms. I have lower back issues and the massage with heat works well.

Q: How do I change the amount of time so it stays on longer?
A: The Venom has a preset session time of 20 minutes that can't be changed. This is done as a safety precaution to ensure that the device isn't turned on when stored, or isn't in use for a excessive period of time by accident. To use the device longer than 20 minutes though, you can manually just start a new session when the first one is completed.
Q: are there sizes on this item/

A: I’m a 6ft male wearing 42” waist pants and I can barely fasten this device. Customer service is difficult to access but i was told they can send a free extender 7-10 days shipping. I’m at day 13 and still no extender. I’m having trouble getting any further response from them regarding that. I will likely return the device in a few days if no extender. The device has potential with proper, responsive support from hyperice but so far I’m not getting that.
