This overall product is nice to have, when you are sore, injured, recovering from a work out or coming home from work. I used this hyperice heating pad for my back. I had a bad injury and this warms up the area and gives it a relief for 30 minutes. I had a bad injury from work and would most likely need surgery, but this helps to relieve some of the pain. It offer 3 settings of heat temperature. 3 different vibrations modes. Each session last up to 15 minutes then stops, i like that once’s to start it. The screen locks to offer miss hits when you accidentally tap on the screen. All you have to do it click the lock button and you can stop or adjust the setting. My gf would also use this when she’s cold

Waste of money. I didn’t use it much and stored it properly. My back was sore so I tried using it for maybe the 3rd time since I purchased it and it no longer works. No heat, no vibration. My less expensive good old heating pad has lasted forever.

After four 4 years of moderate use, this product still performs extremely well. I own multiple Hyperice gear and I have nothing bad to say about the products they sell. 10/10

I have enjoyed this heating pad, especially on days when my lower back is tight. I wouldn't recommend getting this at full price. If it's on sale, then it's worth getting, but definitely not at full price. As others have mentioned, if you have a large waist, this may be difficult to use. I am 6ft and weigh in at 250lbs and this barely wraps around my waist. So something to consider before you purchase this.

I’m a 6’2” male with a 42” waist and I can barely get the velcro fastened on this. So I have requested the free extender from Hyperice (7-10 days shipping). I had some difficulty contacting hyperice zen customer service. It’s now 14 days out from when they said extender shipped, and extender still not received. I can’t get any response from their zen hyperice customer service (calls not answered; emails apparently take 5 days for response), and my return period ends in 4 days so I’ll probably just be returning it. Not sure why they can’t package the extender with the product or at least state bluntly on the box that an extender is available. I had the device for a little while before trying it out and was planning to return it when I accidentally discovered online that an extender can be ordered. Well, so much for that.

It’s super help with back pain. It’s basically a wireless heating pad that vibrates. It’s easy to use and worth the money if you don’t already have a good heat pad or want the convenience of wireless heating. Only cons are it feels a little cheap on the display and the vibrating pieces. The sticker that covers the light came off on mine after using it 3 times. Also the lighting is a bit gimmicky. I could go without it, but that’s just personal preference.

good, but, would prefer if it was available for the larger or heavyset man or woman as this one size fits all just does not really fit myself and fits a thinner family member at best for it really is suited for someone with very little abdominal fat and many Americans have some if not a lot of abdominal fat and it just will not stayed in a secure manner around the abdomen.

The Venom is great to use when in a seated position, particularly leaning forward slightly. If you lay down on this, boy will it get hott! I don’t recommend for laying down. I’ll explain why. The high heat setting is great for being functional but not lying down on it, even the medium heat setting is too hott laying down on it. I wish the low setting was just slightly cooler then the medium setting when lying on it. But all in all, not bad. I enjoy using it while drinking my coffee in the morning!

Lithium ion battery became swollen and stopped working after 2 years of light use.

This is great. Does exactly what it says it will, heats and vibrates to loosen up your back. I ran into an issue with it being a little too small to use comfortably, but a quick email to Hyperice support solved that - they make a velcro extender, all you have to do is ask and they will send you one.

Nice massager but would like it to be more powerful. Does alleviate minor aches and pains. Comfortable to wear in any position.

I got this after seeing it being used by some performance athletes and sure am glad I was introduced to this product. After using this for just a few weeks it has made noticeable improvements in my lower back. The heat and massage is just the right level and provides relief of aches and soreness after a tough workout. I would recommend this to any athletes that suffer from a stiff or sore back.

Hearts very quickly, wish the massage part of it was a little stronger. Not as easy to see the screen to make adjustments while wearing, because screen faces away from you

If you get back aches or stiffness after an extensive workout, I highly recommend purchasing this device. 3 different vibration settings and heat levels. Make sure to wear a tshirt underneath as the belt can get hot. Definitely helped after tennis and long periods of sitting.

I work in the surgical field. After 10-12 hour days my Venom back wrap massager is a must. My kid jokes that I look like Iron Man with the glowing lights and display but I don’t care. If you spend hours on your feet in the medical field - TREAT YO SELF!! This is definitely worth the $ to manage back pain.
