Overpriced heating pad

This is an overpriced heating pad, the vibration is very weak and doesn’t do much. The heat works really well

Heavy and finicky controls

This really is for an athletic person with a tight core and no back issues. Also, the touchscreen was extraordinarily finicky - sometimes you'd have to hit the unlock button 2-3 times to get the screen to respond.
