I’m a 6ft male wearing 42” waist pants and I can barely fasten this device. Customer service is difficult to access but i was told they can send a free extender 7-10 days shipping. I’m at day 13 and still no extender. I’m having trouble getting any further response from them regarding that. I will likely return the device in a few days if no extender. The device has potential with proper, responsive support from hyperice but so far I’m not getting that.
