This computer is a great ROI. The 9th gen i5 Intel and the RTX 2060 is the heart and soul of what makes this a great buy. The rtx with ray tracing is the top of graphical capability. Although the i5 isn't top for the Intel line, it's more than enough for all current games and this is the latest gen for this chipset. The 8gb of ram is easily upgraded at a low cost. This is a great buy where most other systems are charging 3-500 more because they an i7, (but the older 8th gen), a larger hdd or add, or more ram, but they have a GTX gpu. NONE of that compares to the rtx, ray tracing, 2060 this has. This system falls short on ram and storage, but storage and ram are the easiest and least expensive to upgrade. I got a Kingston 16gb single stick AND a Toshiba 4tb 72k HDD for $110 total ($55 each). That brings my system to 24gb total RAM and 5 tb of HDD. This system is a diamond in the rough. Don't get distracted by ram and storage of other systems, that cost nothing to upgrade. The 9th gen i5 and the rtx 2060 that this system has for only $899 is a steal. I love this system and have no complaints or buyers remorse. This is a great system while still being fiscally responsible.

Over all the PCis amazing, the only thing I had a had a problem with is the RGB software, it's not very customizable.

I like this desktop since it has work so far, but the only issue i had with it, was the keyboard and mouse. I manage and admin a gaming community of 600+ people, so it is worth it on the mean while. I would recommend getting an i9 instead of an i5! price wise not much of a difference. But overall decent quality

The keyboard has groups of red keys and I love that, since red is my favorite color!!

I was happy to receive this considering I had an old out of date gaming pc for 4 years but once I plugged everything in it didn’t show up on my monitor even on my tv I used the DisplayPort cable and hdmi but hopefully a meeting with geek squad will resolve this issue but still none the less I am happy about getting a new pc

I love the pc but the pc doesn’t support dual link cable for 144hz

Overall seems to be a good machine but I was dissatisfied with the memory capacity. I was suprised how quickly I needed to start looking for a memory upgrade. Also no CD drive

The 1st year was great but I have had this computer for a year & 7 months & now it is constantly freezing up & shutting down by itself. When I turn it back on the monitor has a blue screen so I am constantly having to do a hard reboot. I added my ram because someone said I might need more & still the same issues. I have takin it into geek Squad multiple times & I get it back it works ok for a week then starts doing the same thing...I need help

I bought this because it was the best rated for a mid level gaming PC, I was super excited to play it but when I got home, I downloaded 3 games, Rainbow Six Siege, Escape from Tarkov and Ring Of Elysium, my storage was already full and every time I would load up any of the games they would just crash and I had to restart the PC, I didn’t pay $1000 for something that would crash every hour

I purchased this unit just over 3 months ago. I've used it maybe 50 times since I bought it. Very lightly used. The other day I was on it and then it made a pop sound and then I spark and then shut off. The computer will not turn back on and there's no power going to it anymore. I do not recommend anyone spend their money on this brand as it fails within months. Yes there is a 1 year parts warranty but it's a hassle. A computer that's built of this latitude and the price they ask for them should last a lot longer than 3 months. Furthermore this seems to be a common problem with this brand as I have been reading up on these units on forums and such.

I bought this computer because was a good price and have everything I need for gaming. After a 25 days of purchasing the system crashed and went to a blue screen.

I really like this PC and how it can run pretty much anything I throw at it. It doesn’t say what type of motherboard it comes with or what brand the GPU is, but after opening the case I was quite surprised. The computer packs an ASRock B360M which is a well-rounded motherboard. The GPU is made by MSI which is quite amazing considering that many prebuilt systems come with a cheap and naked GPU. My only complaints would have to be the cheap-looking cpu fan and ram stick, which aren't a big deal at all due to the fact that the cpu stays consistently cool and the RAM stick can be replaced for about $35 online. Overall this is a great PC and works as advertised. It’s price (when on sale) is also an absolute steal considering you get a 9th gen cpu and one of NVIDIA’s RTX graphics cards.
