November 23 Purchase, December 15 has not received the goods.

So far this computer can handle anything you can throw at it without a hiccup. It boots up in seconds and just flies! This is my first gaming desktop and I'm pretty impressed. It's super quiet, you can't even tell the fans are on. The wiring is all neat and tucked away. The multi colored lights are a cool little feature. There were a couple of cons though and that's why I could only give it 4 out of 5 stars. It did take almost a month to build and get. I totally understand though since I did order it on black Friday and I'm sure they were super swamped with orders. No big deal. When I set it up it would not load past the the initial boot screen. I ended up having to take it back to Best Buy Geek Squad and have them reinstall Windows. A bad/corrupt windows was put on it. Then when I got it back that night I was going through and checking stuff and noticed that it was only reading the SSD. WTF? Me not being computer savvy in the least I had to google for a soluition. Luckily it was an easy fix. It wasn't formatted or partitioned so it wasn't reading it. For the money I spent, I feel a little better quality control might have help before shipping. Other then those small issues, I couldn't be happier. For the price I got on black Friday, this was one heck of a deal. I haven't had any issues since and I'd highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new, powerful computer.

Very fast, easy to setup and nice design * it looks waaaay better in person than the picture*. Sold glass side panels are easy to remove leaving plenty of room to work with, And the high clocked 1080gtx 8gb says enough for its gaming performance!

So I know a lot of people will say why you want a disk drive when you can get a usb one but I am old fashion that I want it in my tower so got less risk of damaging the usb.

I built my first gaming computer years ago and it served me well, but it was time to look for something new. As I started picking parts for my new gaming PC, I wasn't having much luck finding what I wanted at an affordable price. I'm glad I noticed this PC as a black Friday sale. I've had this computer for several days now and I love how fast it is especially when multi-tasking. I'm also a photographer and this computer has had no problem with photoshop, lightroom, or illustrator. There are a few cheaper parts but the parts that matter are top notch and this computer should serve me well for years to come.

My grandson wanted a gaming computer for Christmas and I wanted to reclaim the usebof my computer; so I did my research and found the ibuypower BB931 met all the requirements. After setting it up, my grandson and I agree that it is everything he wanted in a computer. The major problem I had in setup was the instructions for setup which were very generic. It took me 4 hours to resolve the issue. When you turn it on, it takes you to the inital screen that displayed "Press DELETE for BIOS or F11 for SETUP". No instruction as to what to do and help is not available on Christmas. Finally figured out that you need to select F11 which gives you a choice of 4 boot options, again no instructions as to which to select, so I chose the WINDOWS 10 option which downloaded and installed Windows 10 for the next hour. After installing, rebooted system and ended at inital screen. This time I selected the Bios option and tried to figure out what I was suppose to do, NO INSTRUCTIONS. I did not want to make changes without knowing what harm I would cause. A portion of the screen showed bootable sequence with 13 options, but no instructions on how to change it. The default boot is the HARDDRIVE. Finally clicked on F7 tab for Advance setup and found option tab on left side of screen. This took you to editable screen with the 13 bootable sequences. Selected option 7 -HARDDRIVE WINDOWS 1O and then saved it. Rebooted and the system works fine. One other issue is that you receive disc's: Windows, drivers and Nvidia. There is NO INTERNAL CD/DVD drive, you will need to purchase an External drive. Hope this has been helpful

I order this during the black friday sale, so I got it for $1299. Buying the individual parts for this alone would have been over$1300 for me, not including the case. Here are the list of components that make up this build, or at least the one I received: xpg RAM ddr4 2400 16gb asrock b250m-hdv z motherboard adata ssd ultimate su650 220gb Seagate 2tb hdd Intel cpu heatsink and fan Asus geforce gtx 1080 turbo Intel i7-7700 3.6GHz 600 watt PSU ac600 wlan usb I took it apart first thing to see what was in there. The motherboard is small for the size of the tower, so there is a lot of extra room to fit things, but you would need to upgrade the motherboard to add anything else brside ssd or hdd. I am going to put in another case fan since this only has one, as well as upgrade to a better heatsince for the cpu. But playing games all day didnt seems to get the temp up. There was a couple day delay on the shipping. I received it 12-14 and I ordered it 11-25. I assume the long lead time was due to all the shipping and christmas buying right now. Overall very satisfied with this. The mouse and keyboard it comes with a pretty good too, though the mouse is too small for my huge hands.

I love the RGB casing lighting. I actually enjoy the tempered glass side panels, though I was unsure at first. The extra keyboard and mouse seem decent. Pro: GTX 1080 (MSI branded unit) Intel Processor: I7 7700 (Not the 7700K as some reviews state for this product sku) RAM: 16GB GSKILL Motherboard: Seems to be an ASRock B250M-HDV The unit contained adequate protective packaging, with good packing materials that are actually far above average - I was particularly impressed by the bags for both the unit and the peripherals. Additionally, there is some minor irony that this unit does not support CD Roms/DVD Roms/Blu-Ray, with a dedicated disc reader, yet they shipped the discs. This is still correct thing to do, and I am glad they are included even without a disc reader, it shows significant consideration to the consumer. Cons: 2 DIMM Slots versus 4 DIMM in many other motherboard types limiting future growth 2TB HDD was not formatted initially, and while a quick fix, was not mentioned during the quick start guide Retail pricing without being on sale is higher than it should be for a 2 DIMM unit.

I SHOP MY ELECTRONICS WITH BEST BUY OVER THE COMPETITION BECAUSE OF TRUST. BUT THIS TIME SOMETHING WENT OFF AND THE EXPERIENCE HAS NOT BEEN WHAT I EXPECTED FROM SUCH A REPUTABLE COMPANY. THE BILL IS DUE SOON AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE COMPUTER.

Just got this in yesterday. Setup was very easy. There is no optical drive but I can setup everything online. All the specifications are correct as expected. There are enough USB ports for other purposes, like an external drive. The cooling fan is quiet and even my ticking wall clock can drown out its sound. Plenty of room for upgrading memory and video card... Overall very impressive computer and so far works great.

Super easy and fast to get setup. This pc has everything you need to play any game on the market as of right now plus it can handle vr. I also really love how quiet it is. My only cons with it so far is the remote for the led lights is cheap and its hard to get it to register half the time. But this doesn't reflect on the pc itself.

Shopped for a while for a video/photo editing machine. I didn't want to build my own and was looking for an over the counter solution. My research for a reasonably priced work horse lead me down the ibuypower path. For the price, it comes with EVERYTHING you need in a great editing machine and more, as well as tons of room for expanding RAM, SSD, HDD, and other areas that may be necessary later down the road. As it comes, it has plenty of power and speed to handle any task I throw at it. It is quiet, liquid cooled and blazing fast. With room to grow in the case you cant go wrong with the amazing graphics card, RAM and CPU that comes stock with this computer!!! highly recommend this to anyone looking for a budget priced over the counter solution to an editing machine.

I got this during the Black Friday sale and it was a deal I couldn't pass up. It has pretty much all the specs you could look for in a gaming pc. I played destiny 2 on all the highest settings and it ran so smooth. I highly recommend this rig for any gamer that wants to get into PC gaming.

This iBUYPOWER Gaming Desktop came with and unwrapped to Intel Core i7, 16GB Memory, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080, 240GB Solid State Drive, 2TB Hard Drive, Gaming Keyboard, Gaming Mouse, remote control for the case Smart Lighting. It is running super quietly and very fast to boot, reboot, install software, watch 4k content, run Steam games, etc. I'm also getting 4k monitor, so this powerful desktop is a must-have for me. I'm overall very satisfied for its performance, but note that it doesn't include a blu-ray drive despite the specs.

I am quite impressed with the performance of this PC! It is quick and handles everything that I have thrown at it without a problem in the 5 months that I have been using it. Not to say i haven't experienced some issues or frustrations, but they are minor and seem to be mostly Windows related. It handles multitasking like a boss. This includes gaming, streaming, school work, and anything else that you want to do. I have had 4 windows open running each of the tasks noted above at the same time with no problems. The specs are what attracted me to this PC, and for the price you get a great setup. Every aspect of this PC is built to perform at the highest level. You would be hard pressed to build a comparable PC for the price. Pros: fast, stays cool even when gaming, attractive design, reliable Cons: Issues with system refusing to stay asleep, speakers still produce sound when headphones are plugged in, aluminum sticker/flap halfway blocking HDMI port. (Like I mentioned before I find these to be minor and they do not affect the overall quality and performance of the PC therefore I still give it five stars.) I highly recommend this PC to anyone who needs a performance machine. I have a dozen games that are played daily on this beast and it handles each one without a single problem. I also use it for college classes. I know this machine will last me a long time, and if/when the time comes that i need to make upgrades or changes there is plenty of room and accessibility to do whatever I may need.

Impressive - This IBuyPower computer delivers great performance for the buck, and is expandable for SLI and additional GPU's. Very easy to set-up, and has been problem free ever since! While it comes with the a 2nd SSD metal mounting tray, it does not come with the tiny screws to mount the 2nd SSD. I am very happy with this purchase and quality! I would recommend this computer to anyone looking for a great box for under $2K - TY IBuyPower!
