I was very skeptical when I found this gaming PC given the prices I am used to. I am so happy I decided to purchase. The speed during games is outstanding. The one issue I am having is only one (1) HDMI port works, but that was a misunderstanding on my part. The ports at the top of the PC are integrated ports that connect directly to the Motherboard. The ports at the bottom of the PC are connected to the Graphics Card

I bought this pc about a week ago and I have enjoyed it. Everything runs smooth, good buy for the price!

Great value and so far so good on the system. The only downside is the Best Buy specs don't have a complete list or match to exactly what is included. Intended use is primarily for audio production and limited gaming so no concerns with the entry level GTX card.

Great PC. Easy setup. Price keeps increasing but if you can get it for around $1100 I’d say it’s a good buy. I’m not experienced in building so that’s why I went with a pre built. I run Valorant on the highest setting with no issues (low taxing game though)

Great pc must faster than i expected and has amazing RGB lighting.

The system looks great. Keyboard and mouse are basic but with RGB are great. It could have a DVD player that will make it better. Over all great product with a fair price.

bought this a few years ago and its still going strong

This is my first gaming PC, overall a solid tower with some flaws. Everything worked great when I plugged her in and started right up. I also received a different keyboard and mouse than what is pictured. The only major complaint I have is the cooling system. Obviously it's air cooled but it doesn't have enough fans to keep the GPU from burning up like crazy. I've resulted to taking the side panel off and having a fan directly pointed at it to keep it cooler. I'm going to add some exhaust fans to the top to help pull out the hot air. Also, in the tower I got, the CPU fan installed over hangs on one of the RAM slots. I didn't notice it when I bought it but if you plan on upgrading the RAM, you're going to have to remove the CPU fan first. I will also be upgrading the power supply at some point.

The pick up process was easy! The PC works great out of the box, small scratch on the right side panel but not an issue in performance and barely noticeable. The aRGB fans do not turn on in colour but the rpm seems to be normal. The support is in the process of fixing it and the process has been easy to request another RGB hub.

I bought a computer from a gaming company and was very let down by the computer and the company. So I returned it and bought my iBUYPOWER and couldn’t be happier with it! Haven’t had a single problem with it and runs great!

Similar component specs as higher priced units from HP and Dell. My grandson wanted the LCD features, so in current market, choices are limited. All that being said, I am happy with this unit. Packaged well and works perfectly. I doubt it can play some high end games, but works well with everything my grandson plays

Great PC. Fast, reliable, and looks good 5/5 would buy again!

I decided to purchase my grandson a gaming PC for his birthday so I went to Best Buy to see what they had. Sadly they only had two gaming PC's in stock at my local store which did not meet my expectations. I returned home and went to their web site to see what was available. I currently own an iBUYPOWER PC and I've been very pleased with it, so of course I looked at their products. I found this model and it met my hardware requirements. Although hesitant to purchase sight unseen, I went ahead and ordered it. I don't think my grandson could have been any more excited as he opened his new door to gaming. I'm glad I ordered the "iBUYPOWER - Slate MR" and very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of their product.

Our daughter is very happy with her gaming computer. Its been a while coming and the sales person gave us a lot if help making it happen. She has some other things she wants to get for it also. We'll be back.

This was my first pc I have ever bought it has exceeded my expectations ten fold! I have no regrets the price was a bit steep but definitely worth it and definitely recommend this as anyone's first pc!

Excellent Gaming Desktop my son loved it and has been playing his games with his family and friends, also great for learning. This was the best birthday present he stated he has recieved.

This is my very first gaming PC and I am very happy with it. It is a very quiet system and the load times are very fast. It allows me to run games at high settings as well. 10/10 Gaming PC!

I was actually surprised by how big the PC was when it first arrived. I also didn't like I was going to love the RGB this much; It looks so awesome. For functionality, it's quite faster than my macbook pro(2019) that I've used for a while. I bought this PC to work on some virtual machines and I'm very happy that I bought it. I'm going to add more RAM to this beast to make it even better!
