Very simple and easy to use. He says if fully charged it last about about 2 days before needing to charge again. I was very disappointed, not on the product but on BestBuy as I ordered the product a week before my grandfather’s birthday and paid for express shipping. After it hadn’t been shipped for like 3 weeks I called and my express shipping had been refunded but they had no idea when it would arriving. Mind you I ordered it August and didn’t receive it until September.
