    Skips. Cuts out. Unresponsive. It was good at first but got worse. And warranty is over right when it is getting bad. Piece of crap. And there is nothing wrong with my WiFi or Internet. All my other devices work great.

    I wanted to love this product and in several ways I did, but I had to return it because of basic problems. It does not support essential features like drop in and broadcast, audio playback was less reliable than it was on my echo Dot, so I wasn't impressed by the value for money.
