Not worth the money

The product did not live up to my expectations

Don't waste your time
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Three hours and 4 phone calls and 3 email to Ihome's tech support and they still could not get it connected to internet. I have the clock right next to the router and nothing. We got this clock for our 6 year old so he could set his alarm and listen to music in his room. This will not work unless you can get it to connect. We went thru two of them and neither one worked. The first sign should have been that there was 5 open boxes at the Store.

Posted .I’m sorry to hear about your poor experience. Perhaps you have a dual band router that has both 2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz network settings.
Please make sure that you are attempting to connect to the 2.4Ghz network. The iAVS16 is not compatible with 5.0 Ghz networks.
Router setting instructions will vary by provider. We recommend contacting the provider for setting instructions. Once your router is set to 2.4Ghz,
please contact us. We’d be happy to walk you through the setup process.

Not good for the price

We apologize for any inconvenience. If you would like to set the alarm simply ask Alexa. If you are referring to the display it is dimmable and the light on the bottom fo the unit can be turned off.

horrible product

I called customer service, the guy was rude and it doesn't say to download the alexa app. Very frustrating. Also when i set it up it still does not show the correct time. AND the customer service line is only open from 8-4 so by the time i get home they are closed.

Please download the iHome iAVS App. It should walk you through the setup process. You must sign in to Alexa through the iHome AVS App. You may also want to download the Alexa App for additional features.

Awful didn’t connect to Alexa

Called the helpline and they advised that Amazon has change the program and the product will not work ever. Still need to return it. I do not recommend this product for anybody
