Posted .We are sorry to hear you are having setup problems. I need to know if you have an Android or iOS device to better assist you. Make sure your location is turned on and the phone is set to 2.4 GHz (not 5.0). Download the iHome AVS App and you need to know your Amazon account login and password information.
